Epping Forest District Council says it will apply directly to the Supreme Court to try to reinstate a temporary injunction against housing asylum seekers at the Bell Hotel, which had been overturned by the court of appeal. It comes as an Ethiopian man who was living there was convicted of sexual assault against a 14 year-old girl and a woman, which sparked huge protests. Jonathan Swain reports.
