Our Jamaican team is all black and we have Jamaicans who are white. What’s the point? The team should be picked based on merit….skill. I want the best pilot to fly the commercial plane…black/white/whatever……not a diversity pick chosen solely because of the color of the skin.

How many blonde haired blue eyed girls in the female African, South American teams????

If I can't see someone who looks like me in the team, I am not watching. I will sulk and rant about diversity instead.
