It is Stephen describing the IRFU technical model. He is one of the worlds leading experts on player development. Having this model helped S&C coaches know what capacities needed to be developed and also what activities would help emphasis the model in integrated conditioning.2/4

There is also clear Philosophy, Vision, Mission, Pillars and Values at Arsenal Academy. This can help an S&C coach/manager develop the physical development framework. The YouTube series Inside Hale End gives a great insight. 3/4
