It is Stephen describing the IRFU technical model. He is one of the worlds leading experts on player development. Having this model helped S&C coaches know what capacities needed to be developed and also what activities would help emphasis the model in integrated conditioning.2/4

There is also clear Philosophy, Vision, Mission, Pillars and Values at Arsenal Academy. This can help an S&C coach/manager develop the physical development framework. The YouTube series Inside Hale End gives a great insight. 3/4

All that was mentioned is in place in Bishopstown Gaelic Games Club. Here is a video from the launch of their Player and Coach Pathway Document. Again this is an opportunity for S&C coaches/managers to contribute and it provides clarity on the aim of Athletic Development. 4/4

So M&S ... making the Christmas cake this evening and my daughter found that none of your products are as they are advertised. Miss selling false advertising? ? Fraudulently bumping up your margins maybe? Not good whatever it is... had more examples but these are the ones my daughter did - but with EVERY product they were WAY under the marketed weight M&S you may want some quality control here Not giving the best customer service and value for money .... Naughty

Only a few coaches left, I look out my office window and see this…. MasonBall2027 is different. Athletes, if you want to be “Him” this what you takes, it takes this without your pops putting that camera on you while working out…. YOU have to silently want it. THIS IS WHY HE HAS MANY OFFERS
