👁️Notion macro overview - future plans 👁️ I often talk about how much sweat and effort has gone into developing the content inside the Notion workspace, so I think it’s time to give a quick overview of the type of product I’m building, and plan to keep building over the next few years. The level I aim to deliver is AAA+. As you can see from the video, there are 8 main sections: - Psychology - Technical Analysis - Fundamentals - Personal Growth - Insights - Tools - FAQ The section with the most weight and the one I’ve curated most carefully is definitely the one on Technical Analysis. It goes in-depth even for complete beginners who want to give a serious boost to their understanding of this field. Those who have read it or are currently going through it have seen a substantial improvement in their knowledge, confirmed by tangible results. The addition of a crypto tracker and a trading journal provides even more support, especially for those who are serious about their journey. But even though the work done so far is massive (over 800 pages in PDF format), this is just the beginning. Over time (this is a 3 to 5+ year project), I plan to keep improving the current guides with even more advanced techniques, write new guides based on user requests, and build structured learning paths with targeted exercises tailored to the user’s level of experience plus video integrations. That’s just the technical side, though. I also have other sections in mind focused on psychology and personal growth, aimed at the holistic development of the individual: financially, emotionally, in business, and physically. The ultimate goal is to create a product of incredible educational value, a true point of reference for anyone looking to improve their life in any aspect. And if you know how I work and how I write, you already know what kind of bomb this is going to be. "It's a book, but better"

Introducing FundByHook. A new way to support projects. No round to close. No deadline. No fundraising target. Building doesn’t stop when a funding round ends. We think funding should be able to keep going too. FundByHook is an incubator where each project gets its own token and a funding pool that stays open. People can back a project as it develops. The team draws from the pool over time to fund its work. The first fund is $RISK, the official token of FundByHook and Risk Labs, our studio. It comes with RiskLAB:500 generative compositions drawn onchain. CA: 0xbF0347cB1347B58e11Cd2Ba60854E0DD60d5F12F Here is how it works. FUNDING THAT STAYS OPEN A conventional raise has a finish line: a date, a target, a round to close. The work that follows rarely fits that calendar. On FundByHook, each pool runs through a Uniswap v4 hook. The hook controls a single liquidity position. External liquidity providers cannot add to it or pull liquidity out. You back a project by buying its token. You can sell through the same pool, subject to its available liquidity and the sell tax. The team receives funding in three ways: → 1% on buys, paid to the team → 10% of the ETH paid out by sells, paid to the team → A manual draw of 1% of the pool’s current ETH reserve, available at most once every seven days The draw does not accumulate. Waiting three weeks does not unlock three withdrawals. The team must trigger it, and each draw starts a new seven-day wait. Tokens remain in the pool. ETH leaves to fund the work. Each draw lowers the pool price slightly. After launch, the fund contracts have no admin setters, pause or upgrade functions. Only the team can trigger the draw. The funding rules stay fixed. Contracts by Tim and Risk Labs. FUND 1: $RISK $RISK has a fixed supply of 500 tokens. 400 seed the pool. It starts with no ETH: buyers bring it in. Buys move the price up; sells move it down. The remaining 100 $RISK are allocated to Risk Labs to reward people who help move our projects forward. The first 5 go out this week to people who helped move ELA forward. Those 100 tokens are not locked by code. We are responsible for how they are used. $RISK also has a visual form. RiskLAB is a collection of 500 generative compositions built from frames, cells and nodes. Both the images and their metadata are generated onchain. ONE TOKEN. ONE PIECE. With NFT mirroring enabled, each whole $RISK in your wallet corresponds to one RiskLAB piece, an ERC-721. 12.93 $RISK = 12 pieces + a 0.93-token fraction. Transfer a piece and one whole $RISK moves with it. Sell 1 $RISK from that balance and you are left with 11 pieces and 0.93 $RISK. One piece is burned; its ID can later be reissued. Your tokens and pieces are two representations of the same holding. NFT mirroring is enabled by default for ordinary wallets, and holders can change their own setting. THE PLATFORM TOKEN $RISK is the official token of FundByHook. Each fund launched on the platform will have its own token; $RISK remains the token of the platform and Risk Labs. It is also how we want holders to participate in what Risk Labs builds next. Our commitment: every future Risk Labs project will share a portion of its fees with $RISK holders. That commitment comes from the lab. It is not enforced by the $RISK contracts. The percentage, timing, eligibility and distribution mechanism are still to be defined. There is no fee-sharing mechanism live in these contracts today. On $RISK itself, all buy fees, sell taxes and team draws go to the team. THE DOOR For the first 10 blocks after the pool is seeded, buying is restricted to enlisted wallets. There is a door hidden in a site that was live long before the contract. That is all we will say. WHAT COMES NEXT $RISK is Fund 1. The next funds will come from ideas worth building, whether they come from Risk Labs or anyone else. Eventually, anyone will be able to launch a fund on FundByHook. Today, only the lab can launch. Permissionless launches are not live yet. For the lab, two rules apply: 01 / Each project must run autonomously before we start the next. 02 / Nothing launches without a good idea. $RISK remains the platform and studio token as those projects take shape. That is the experiment: Can funding stay open as long as the building does? Risk Labs starts with $RISK. What we build next has to earn your continued support. FundByHook is open now: Explore RiskLAB on FundByHook: Back the ones you believe in.

- Notion 2.0, 2026 plans - Alright guys, here’s a sneak peek at what the educational material inside Notion has become and what the plans are for this year. Over the past 2 years, I’ve written extensively. The result? A complete trading course, structured and accessible even if you’re starting from zero. We’re now talking about 1,700+ pages of PDFs covering everything from basic to advanced concepts. From market structure to Wyckoff, from AMT to SMC not just through written material, but also supported by in-depth video content. It’s truly a comprehensive learning path. And this year, it’s going to be expanded even further with new content across multiple areas: - Technical: time cycles, execution models, deeper operational frameworks. - Fundamental: with a strong focus on traditional finance. - Psychological: new practical guides and tools designed to help you stay calm, build discipline, and develop the right mindset. On top of that, there will also be live training sessions to make the experience even more interactive and dynamic. If you combine all of this with weekly and bi-weekly market analysis, video updates, and a tight-knit, growth-oriented community… what you get is not just a course, but a high-level learning experience. A special thank you to MisterPA of course not only for expanding the Notion with his educational videos, but for actively contributing with updates and analysis that are bringing real value to all members. If you’re looking for a structured growth path, one designed to guide you step by step, even if you’re starting from scratch.. this is exactly what you need.

PHOTON COUNTING CT is NOT a better CT It is a NEW imaging modality Photon Counting CT (PCCT) represents a transformative leap in medical imaging, not only as a molecular imaging modality but also as a technology offering ultra-high resolution and functional imaging capabilities. It is fundamentally more than just an enhanced version of traditional CT—PCCT introduces new ways of seeing and understanding the human body, providing critical insights at the molecular, structural, and functional levels. This positions PCCT as a unique imaging modality that requires a fresh approach to technical implementation, operational workflows, and financial planning. Despite the larger upfront investment, PCCT’s ability to drastically reduce downstream healthcare costs makes it a highly valuable investment in the long run. 1. Technical Innovations • Molecular Imaging and Energy Discrimination: Unlike traditional CT, which simply measures the total absorbed energy, PCCT counts individual X-ray photons and differentiates their energy levels. This allows for precise molecular imaging, revealing the composition of tissues and materials at a biochemical level. By distinguishing between different tissue types and contrast agents, PCCT opens up new diagnostic possibilities, such as identifying molecular biomarkers in tumors or distinguishing between stable and unstable plaque in coronary arteries. This capability shifts the focus of imaging from purely anatomical to both anatomical and molecular, offering more comprehensive diagnostic information. • Ultra-High Spatial Resolution: PCCT features significantly smaller detector elements compared to conventional CT scanners, allowing for ultra-high resolution imaging. This means clinicians can visualize fine structures such as microcalcifications in arteries, small lesions in soft tissues, or the intricate architecture of bones. This level of detail was previously unattainable with traditional CT. When combined with molecular imaging, this ultra-high resolution allows for the precise localization and characterization of disease at very early stages, which is essential for early diagnosis and intervention. • Functional Imaging Capabilities: PCCT also excels as a functional imaging modality. By capturing energy-resolved information, PCCT can provide insights into tissue functionality and dynamic physiological processes. For instance, it can detect changes in blood flow, tissue perfusion, and oxygenation without the need for additional contrast agents or scans. This functionality allows for real-time assessment of physiological processes, making it particularly valuable in cardiology, oncology, and neurology for evaluating organ function and monitoring disease progression. • Reduced Noise and Artifact Reduction: Photon-counting technology dramatically reduces electronic noise and imaging artifacts, such as beam hardening, resulting in clearer and more accurate images. The ability to deliver ultra-high resolution images with minimal artifacts improves diagnostic accuracy, reducing the need for repeat scans and ensuring that even subtle abnormalities are detected. 2. Operational Considerations • New Workflow for Molecular, High-Resolution, and Functional Imaging: The integration of molecular, ultra-high resolution, and functional imaging into routine clinical workflows introduces complexity that requires adaptation. Radiologists and technicians need specialized training to interpret and analyze multi-energy datasets that include molecular and functional information. PCCT produces a vast amount of detailed data, requiring clinicians to adopt new imaging protocols and refine their diagnostic approaches to fully leverage its capabilities. • Post-Processing and Data Management: PCCT generates richer, more complex datasets, which necessitates advanced post-processing tools and data management systems. Existing PACS and imaging software may not be equipped to handle such large volumes of data or to process functional and molecular information effectively. This means healthcare institutions must invest in robust IT infrastructure, including upgraded software and storage solutions, as well as provide additional training for staff on new imaging analysis techniques. • Revised Clinical Protocols: The molecular, functional, and ultra-high resolution imaging capabilities of PCCT will likely prompt changes in clinical protocols. For instance, the need for contrast agents may be reduced, simplifying patient preparation and decreasing the risk of adverse reactions. Additionally, the ability to monitor physiological functions in real-time through functional imaging could lead to more dynamic diagnostic procedures, such as assessing the effectiveness of interventions or treatments in real-time. 3. Financial Impact • Higher Initial Investment: PCCT systems are more expensive than traditional CT scanners due to their advanced technology, which includes photon-counting detectors and the computational power required for high-resolution, molecular, and functional imaging. While this upfront cost is significant, it is crucial to view it in the broader context of the downstream benefits and cost reductions that PCCT offers. • Downstream Cost Reductions: Although the initial capital investment is higher, PCCT’s ability to combine molecular, functional, and ultra-high resolution imaging leads to substantial reductions in downstream healthcare costs. Its superior diagnostic accuracy minimizes the need for follow-up tests, repeat scans, or invasive diagnostic procedures, such as diagnostic coronary angiographies. For example, in cardiology, PCCT can precisely differentiate between types of coronary plaque, reducing the need for invasive procedures to assess risk. • Lower Overall Healthcare Expenditures: By enabling earlier, more accurate diagnoses, PCCT can reduce the overall cost of patient care. Early detection of disease, particularly through its molecular and functional imaging capabilities, allows for more targeted treatments, potentially preventing the need for more aggressive and expensive interventions down the line. For instance, early-stage tumor detection via molecular imaging could lead to less invasive treatments, reducing hospital stays and improving patient outcomes, ultimately driving down healthcare costs. • Increased ROI Through Enhanced Patient Outcomes: Over time, the combination of molecular, functional, and ultra-high resolution imaging enhances diagnostic precision, which translates into better patient outcomes. Improved diagnostic accuracy reduces the incidence of unnecessary procedures, minimizes treatment delays, and results in more personalized and effective care. This leads to increased patient satisfaction, better healthcare outcomes, and greater patient throughput—all factors that improve the institution’s return on investment (ROI). • Competitive Advantage and New Revenue Streams: By adopting PCCT, healthcare institutions position themselves at the forefront of advanced imaging technologies. The ability to offer molecular, functional, and ultra-high resolution imaging creates a competitive advantage, attracting more complex and high-value cases. This can boost the institution’s reputation for excellence in diagnostics, leading to increased referrals, new patient populations, and expanded revenue opportunities. Summary Photon Counting CT (PCCT) is not just an evolution of existing CT technology—it is a molecular, ultra-high resolution, and functional imaging modality that fundamentally transforms the diagnostic landscape. Its ability to capture detailed molecular data, visualize minute anatomical structures with ultra-high resolution, and provide real-time functional imaging opens new possibilities for earlier and more precise diagnoses. While the financial investment in PCCT is larger, the reduction in downstream healthcare costs through improved diagnostic accuracy, fewer unnecessary interventions, and earlier disease detection far outweighs the initial expense. For institutions committed to advancing patient care and improving long-term financial outcomes, PCCT is an essential investment in the future of medical imaging. The video attached shows a patient accessing the Hospital for ACS. PCCT can provide ALL the imaging information of the concurrent imaging modalities (CXR, CAG, Echo, CMR) that you see around it... that's a lot! #PhotonCountingCT #MolecularImaging #UltraHighResolution #FunctionalImaging #FutureOfImaging #AdvancedMedicalImaging #EarlyDiseaseDetection #InnovativeCT #CuttingEdgeHealthcare #PrecisionDiagnostics #HealthcareInnovation #MedicalTechnology #CostEffectiveImaging #NextGenCT #PatientCareRevolution

🚨 THREAT INTELLIGENCE ALERT – APT IRAN | DESTRUCTIVE WIPER ATTACK Actor: APT IRAN (also tracked as APT IRAN مرکز تحقیقاتی) Operation type: Full-disk wiper (irreversible destruction) Confirmed target: pfSense Community Edition firewall hosted on Yesilbeyaz Hosting (Turkey) Hostname: date: August 2026 Executive Summary A successful wiper attack against a pfSense firewall (FreeBSD 14 + ZFS) running on Turkish hosting infrastructure has been documented with complete video evidence. The actor obtained root access and deliberately zeroed the first ~1 GB of the disk, destroying the GPT partition table, bootloader, and ZFS structures. The system is now permanently unbootable. All data and firewall configuration have been lost. Technical Analysis of the Attack (based on visual evidence) 1Initial access and reconnaissance ◦pfSense 2.7.0-RELEASE (amd64) web interface accessed with account admin@46.249.103.137. ◦Virtualized system (QEMU Guest), uptime of approximately 69 days. ◦Multiple virtual interfaces with Turkish/Islamic naming conventions (ABIDIN, BASRI, GANOS, SHM, GROZ, KUMOVA, RAMMOS, ORTAKLAR, INKUTSAN, GLENN, ORKA, etc.), indicating a multi-tenant VPN or tunneling service environment. 2Destruction phase ◦Root shell access via console. ◦Commands executed: ▪sysctl kern.geom.debugflags=16 (enables GEOM destruction) ▪Attempts at gpart destroy ▪dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/da0 bs=1M count=1000 oflag=direct conv=fsync (and variations) ◦Successful zeroing of the first 1 GB of the disk (da0), overwriting the GPT partition table, bootloader, and ZFS metadata. ◦Confirmation of transfer: ~1,048,576,000 bytes in approximately 1.45 seconds. 3Finalization ◦reboot -q ◦Host stops responding (“Host is not communicating for more than 15 seconds”). ◦System completely dead. Context and Threat Assessment •APT IRAN has already been monitored for data leak claims (Argentina, Thailand, France, Indonesia, Brazil – PII, medical records, and government data). The current operation demonstrates real destructive capability, not just exfiltration. •The target is Turkish hosting infrastructure (NATO member country) with strong indications of VPN service usage. This elevates the risk of collateral impact on end users and potential targets of Iranian interest in the region. •Classic Iranian / pro-Iranian hacktivist wiper tactic: privileged access → irreversible destruction of boot and filesystem structures → rapid exit. Unlike ransomware, the objective is permanent denial of service and evidence destruction. Second- and Third-Order Implications •Hosting and VPS providers in Turkey and the surrounding region become priority targets for Iran-aligned groups during periods of geopolitical tension. #ThreatIntel #APTIran #Wiper #pfSense #CyberAttack #Yesilbeyaz #Turkey #IranianAPT

great to see more people generating 3d avatars with our new text-to-3d feature in forge. this marks a step in the right direction in putting powerful creation tools directly in the hands of everyone. we built forge entirely from the ground up over the past months as one of the key releases on our roadmap. having full proprietary ownership of the technology gives us complete control to shape its direction without depending on external platforms or third-party licenses. building on this foundation, our upcoming studio feature will let users generate high-quality accessories, clothing, and environments simply by typing natural language prompts. a single description can produce fully textured, production-ready 3d assets in seconds, with options to create multiple variations and refine them through follow-up instructions.every asset created in studio integrates seamlessly with the 3d ai agents made in forge on users can instantly apply clothing and accessories with automatic fitting, layer multiple items, and place their agents inside custom-generated environments. all clothing and accessories come pre-rigged and optimized, while environments include proper lighting and geometry for immediate use in games, animation, virtual worlds, and more. we have spent months thoughtfully designing how can deliver real, sustainable value back to the community. we will continue to share more details on token utility use cases and the economic flywheel we have built. the goal is to create a self-reinforcing system where creators earn through royalties, autonomous agents drive on-chain activity, and platform growth directly benefits active community members and token holders. together, these features enable a complete creative flow. from a simple idea, anyone can quickly build fully realized 3d ai agents standing in rich, custom scenes. we are excited to see what the community builds next.

PALANTIR'S MILITARY A.I. & NEUROLOGICAL WEAPONS adaptation. This is the most important aspect of the A.I. conversation and adaption of Palantir and the weapons associated with it that nobody is talking about. Beside the secret contracts with Palantir and the CIA, the use of direct energy weapons, A.I., facial recognition, and civilian databases have been in use for years. Even Rite-Aid was using advanced A.I. facial recognition technology in their stores over 5 years ago. All of this already exists. They already know everything about you and so does big tech. This is what everyone is talking about but it doesn't matter at all. That ship has sailed 20+ years ago. You need to get past this aspect and understand that we are way farther ahead, technologically speaking, then you could have ever imagined. I will briefly give you an introduction and example. I suggest you start researching these things and technologies on your own. What they're not talking about is the adaption of other technology and neurological weapons that are both lethal and non-lethal that can be integrated with these global surveillance systems and networks that takes this to a whole other level and completely turns this into a wireless biological monitorization and neurological/biological control weapon of a select target/s anywhere in the world. For example, imagine using earbuds that read your brainwaves in real time, which is your thoughts, then by using this global monitoring system with the most advanced A.I., these A.I. scripts are then running in real time and decoding those brainwaves, building a profile on your specific brainwaves and learning and teaching itself at the same time. Now what you're thinking and everywhere you go they will know specific things you are thinking. It get's worse. They already have electrodes made from nanotechnology that can enter your body in multiple ways through the air, your food, or vaccines, which can then enter the brain through the blood-brain barrier, and plant themselves in your head which then give the capability not only to send information but to also receive information or pulses to stimulate the brain and other biological components. Ladies and gentleman the type of tech that is available can also control and induce emotions and behaviors or you nervous system, which in turn, controls you. DARPA has already successfully created biological drones with full control of their nervous system. This is where BMI (Brain Machine Interface) comes into play and the capabilities are endless. We haven't even entered the aspect of using light, electromagnetic radiation, radio or extremely low frequency or pulses, or acoustic waves either which are also able to send and receive signals to and from the brain to monitor or write/command to the brain in real time. This also goes for other parts of the body, like being able to induce heart problems, etc. You need to start thinking bigger because 99% of the population is stuck and worried about the government having a database on them, which is beyond laughable because they have multiple databases on everyone. Your phone alone gives them everything they need to know about you already with a camera and microphone. That is not the issue. It's physical and literal control and invasion of your thoughts, behaviors, emotions, literal functions, completely remotely, anywhere in the world. This isn't something to be worried about down the road. It's already here. You need to learn what's really going on and the real agenda and capabilities behind this technology. There's a reason the mainstream barley talks about this. You need to understand how it works and the difference incase you are ever targeted. I can confirm that reality is far stranger and more fascinating than any fiction. You've been warned.

💰 A TRADER just ROBBED POLYMARKET for $600,000! Started with ONLY $500 and EXPLOITED the BITCOIN PRICE DELAY - placing bets BEFORE the odds UPDATED! $500 → $600K in hours PURE GENIUS HACK! Who’s NEXT?! Trader Turns $500 into $600,000 on Polymarket in Hours – The Bitcoin Price Delay “Life Hack” That’s Going Viral A mysterious trader may have just pulled off what many in the crypto world are calling the ultimate prediction‑market coup — turning a modest $500 into roughly $600,000 in a single session by exploiting a subtle timing gap in Bitcoin price updates on Polymarket. Social posts that have erupted across X today describe how the trader repeatedly capitalised on a tiny latency in Polymarket’s short‑term Bitcoin markets, placing bets a split second before the platform adjusted prices to reflect real‑time market moves. How the “Glitch in the Matrix” Worked Polymarket’s popular ultra‑short “Bitcoin Up or Down” markets, which resolve in 5‑ or 15‑minute intervals, pull price data from major exchanges such as Binance. There is a slight delay — typically a few hundred milliseconds to a couple of seconds — between live exchange price movements and when those changes are reflected in Polymarket’s odds. According to observers, the trader (widely believed to be operating an automated bot) exploited this delay by watching the live price on external feeds, submitting bets on the direction of Bitcoin before Polymarket’s internal prices had fully adjusted, and repeating the process many times in rapid succession. One viral post captured the dynamic this way: “He was seeing the move a fraction of a second earlier, basically seeing the future. He entered positions before Polymarket odds could adjust. Over and over again. Not luck. Just speed.” Another read: “This is a man who found a glitch in the matrix and ran it until someone noticed.” Screenshots and wallet growth charts circulating online show an account balance rocketing from an initial $500 to mid‑six figures over a few hours, a dramatic ascent that has captured widespread attention. Not the First Time — But Still Wildly Profitable Polymarket has previously acknowledged the challenges of ultra‑short crypto markets and in early 2026 introduced dynamic fees intended to reduce latency arbitrage opportunities. The recent run suggests either the fix was incomplete or the trader has found a new way to capture fleeting price disparities faster than the protocol can adjust. Importantly, this was not a smart‑contract exploit or a rug pull. The activity described aligns with classic high‑frequency trading principles: exploit microsecond advantages in price information and execution. On Wall Street, quant funds have built entire businesses around similar edges. Here, that edge allegedly appeared accessible to an individual with sufficiently fast infrastructure. The Internet’s Reaction The story has ignited discussion across X, with both Russian and English accounts sharing wallet screenshots and short videos of the trades. Commentary ranges from admiration to criticism of the Polymarket mechanism. One widely shared post states: “A trader found a loophole and robbed the bookmaker Polymarket for $600,000. He exploited the delay in Bitcoin price updates… Started with just $500.” Replies to that thread span “genius” and “Polymarket is cooked,” reflecting a split between those whispering admiration for the execution and those questioning the sustainability of the platform’s design. Whether Polymarket will attempt to retroactively claw back profits, adjust rules or simply patch the vulnerability again remains unsettled. For the moment, the anonymous trader is alternately being hailed as a folk hero and criticised as a parasite of an imperfect system. Moral of the Story In prediction markets where time and information intersect, speed can be money. Today’s episode may turn into a cautionary tale about the refinement of oracle feeds and the race to eliminate latency advantages — or it may become part of crypto folklore, a dramatic demonstration of how imperfect markets can be bent by those who read the technical seams most closely.

Never normalize alcohol use on social media. It can trigger persons trying to quit the habit or those who are abstinent get back on the destructive path. Look at this guy as an example. He is everything a human being must not be. He has a huge following on Instagram and this video has been watched by more than 100K people. He calls himself "Ashdin Doctor." People may think he is actually a Doctor, but "Doctor" is his surname. He has a Bachelors degree in Arts and Masters in Marketing Management. But here he is, advising people how to drink alcohol the right way. This video is utter garbage. His advice is targeted at preventing "dehydration" due to alcohol consumption. Dehydration is NOT the ONLY issue with alcohol consumption. Here are real issues with alcohol use whether or not, you choose to drink more water in between. 1. Alcohol use has been consistently linked to an increased risk of cancer. The type of alcohol - beer, wine, vodka or rum, does not change this risk. Even those who consume one drink per day have an increased risk. Even low dose of alcohol over short and long periods increases risk of terrible cancers. Cancers of the head & neck, esophagus (food pipe), liver, breast and colon/rectum are strongly linked to alcohol use. & & 2. Even occassional or low dose alcohol use such as one to two drin ks a day or few drinks in a week reduces the brain volume. Drinking one to two alcohol drinks a day increases brain aging: it "ages" the brain faster, by 2 years. If it is two to three drinks a day, then the brain changes are equivalent to brain shrinking and aging faster by three and half years. & 3. Even low/modest alcohol use reduces fertility in women and men. Lower chances of getting pregnant and the risk for reduced live births in women and due to fertility issues in men has been strongly linked to alcohol use - low doses and worsens with modest increments. & 4. Alcohol use is associated with male to female partner violence, perpetration and victimization of violence and early-childhood trauma & & 5. That low dose/modest daily alcohol use improves survival or increases life expectancy has been swept away into the garbage with a recent high powered metanalysis paper. No level of alcohol use is beneficial for human health. And recent studies show that increasing level of alcohol kills women more than men for the same dose and duration of use. Look for credible sources for healthcare information. Develop a critical thinking to filter medical/healthcare information for your benefit. A normal person would never make a video on how to drink alcohol. Alcohol is a known poison. A person may have many followers and well-edited videos and click-bait titles. But remember, they have nothing to lose if YOU get into harms way. The best part is, Ashdin Doctor, the Instagram influencer is a "Habit Coach" (FFS) and has written a children's book, titled The "Book of Good Habits For Kids" - but here he is, advising his followers how to drink alcohol better. There is some real cognitive dissonance happening and people must learn to spot such fakes on social media. IVM Podcasts should grow a brain before they host such unintelligent life forms on your platform. Stay informed and stay safe.

A Circulated Video as Further Evidence of the Terrorist Nature of the Rapid Support Militia, and Why What Is Happening in Sudan Is Not a Civil War A recently circulated video has spread widely across Sudanese social media platforms, adding to an accumulating body of evidence documenting the violence and threats endured by Sudanese civilians for more than three years at the hands of the Rapid Support Militia (Janjaweed), which is backed by the United Arab Emirates. The footage shows three individuals. One of them, wearing the uniform of the Rapid Support Militia, is speaking to a well-known figure within the militia known by the nickname “Yajooj and Majooj.” This exchange is marked by explicit threats directed at the city of Omdurman. It begins with repeated statements about their intention to “enter on asphalt,” accompanied by assertions that they will not back down, followed by talk of “returning” to Omdurman as they had entered it before. This rhetoric, with its direct threats against civilians, clearly reflects the terrorist mindset prevailing within the militia. Within this exchange, the speaker addresses the people of Omdurman directly, stating that they have heard that residents “have gained weight, put on fat, rebuilt the city, and made it flourish again.” This statement constitutes an explicit admission that the Rapid Support Militia had previously destroyed the city, and that subsequent recovery came as a result of civilians returning and rebuilding after liberation by the Sudanese Armed Forces. This admission is immediately weaponized within a provocative threat, through the claim that the militia withdrew and deliberately allowed residents to “grow their feathers,” in preparation for returning to cut those feathers. It is widely known that the Rapid Support Militia left Khartoum and Omdurman after suffering a crushing defeat at the hands of the Sudanese Armed Forces. Nevertheless, this rhetoric is used to terrorize civilians, by threatening return, destruction, and revenge, and by transforming a military withdrawal into a tool of psychological intimidation directed at the population. The discourse then escalates to an even more explicit and dangerous level, as Yajooj and Majooj openly embraces looting, stating, “If you call us shafshafa, then we are shafshafa.” The term shafshafa is a colloquial expression referring to thugs and highway robbers who carry out violent looting outside any legal framework. This is followed by a direct threat of total destruction, as he declares that they will leave nothing behind, not even the bricks of Omdurman itself, expressing a clear intent to physically erase the city. The threats extend further to include historical and religious landmarks, with talk of removing them and taking them to Nyala. This rhetoric reflects a consistent pattern in the militia’s behavior, in which looting is presented as a deliberate choice, destruction is framed as an objective, cities are treated as spoils of war, and civilians are addressed as targets for collective punishment. These statements align with what has been documented on the ground across Sudan. Omdurman, Khartoum, Wad Madani, and large parts of Darfur have been subjected to systematic looting, arson, killings, sexual violence, and campaigns of intimidation that directly targeted civilians. What is said in this video corresponds closely with survivor testimonies, journalistic investigations, satellite imagery, and reports by humanitarian organizations. This video, along with many others, confirms that what is happening in Sudan is not a “civil war” between equal parties. Rather, it is organized violence carried out by an armed terrorist militia against civilian populations. This violence would not have reached its scale or persistence without direct external support from the authorities in Abu Dhabi, which enabled the militia to continue killing, looting, and terrorizing civilians. This support has manifested through funding, logistical assistance, the provision of weapons and mobility, as well as political and media cover, effectively prolonging the violence, turning cities into zones of systematic abuse, and forcing civilians to pay the price for this empowerment. This context further underscores that there is no moral, legal, or factual equivalence between the Sudanese Armed Forces and the Rapid Support Militia. The former is a state institution, while the latter is built on looting, intimidation, and destruction. For Sudanese people, this video is not shocking. However, it adds yet another documented piece of evidence to a long and well-established record of violations. #Sudan #RSFisTerroristOrganization #UAEKillsSudanesePeople #UAESponsorsTerrorism

💥 Footage of the Russian Tor in action The Tor missile system (NATO: SA-15 Gauntlet) stands as one of the most effective and battle-proven short-range air defense systems in the world, a flagship product of Russian military engineering that continues to demonstrate unmatched versatility, reliability, and lethality in modern asymmetric warfare. Developed by the Almaz-Antey concern (with key production by the Kupol plant), the Tor family was conceived in the Soviet era but has undergone continuous, combat-driven modernization that keeps it ahead of evolving threats like drones, cruise missiles, precision-guided munitions, and low-flying aircraft. Tor is not merely a defensive tool—it is a mobile guardian that enables offensive operations by providing layered, all-weather protection to ground forces, critical infrastructure, and forward bases. Technical Capabilities: Precision, Mobility, and Multi-Threat Engagement The core strength of the Tor lies in its integrated design: a tracked (or wheeled in variants like Tor-M2K) chassis carrying a 360-degree surveillance radar, fire-control radar, electro-optical/TV & thermal imaging systems & vertical-launch missiles. Key specifications for the advanced Tor-M2 include: Engagement envelope: Targets from as low as 3–10 meters altitude up to 10 km, with ranges typically 12–16 km (Russian sources highlight effective performance out to 32 km in optimized scenarios for the latest missiles like the 9M338/9M9331 series). Missile performance: PMach 2.5+ speed, 165–170 kg launch weight, 15–50 kg high-explosive fragmentation warhead with proximity fuse. Up to 8–16 ready-to-fire missiles per vehicle. Multi-target handling: Newer variants feature four guidance channels, allowing simultaneous engagement of up to four targets while tracking dozens more. Mobility and autonomy: Full operation on the move at speeds up to 40–65 km/h, with rapid 3–5 second reaction times after a short stop. It can operate autonomously or networked into larger air defense layers (e.g., alongside S-300/400 or Pantsir systems). ECM and stealth resistance: Exceptional electronic countermeasures resistance, proven in heavy jamming environments. It reliably detects and destroys small, low-signature targets (down to tennis-ball size), including radar-evading drones and stealthy munitions. Russian testing has repeatedly shown near-100% success rates against multiple simultaneous high-speed, small targets in ECM-heavy conditions—capabilities Western systems often struggle to match in real-world scenarios. Variants and Ongoing Modernization Russia has iteratively improved the Tor to stay relevant: Tor-M1: Enhanced accuracy and dual-target engagement. - **Tor-M2/M2U/M2E**: Core current variant with superior radar, digital algorithms, and better low-altitude performance. Wheeled (M2K) and Arctic (M2DT on DT-30 all-terrain vehicle) versions extend its reach into any terrain. - **Specialized adaptations**: Naval Tor-M2 for shipborne defense against sea-skimming threats; modular/containerized options; and recent anti-drone protection kits (jammers, detectors, and EW modules) developed in response to battlefield lessons. These upgrades, driven directly by operational feedback, underscore Russian industry’s agility—something pro-Russian analysts contrast favorably with slower Western procurement cycles. Combat Effectiveness: Proven in Syria and the Special Military Operation The Tor’s true value shines in real combat, where Russian forces have validated its design against the full spectrum of contemporary threats. Syria (Khmeimim Airbase Protection): First major foreign deployment of the Tor-M2. It operated both standalone and in integrated networks, repeatedly neutralizing drone swarms, guided bombs, and cruise missiles. Russian reports credit it with superior performance over even the Pantsir-S1 in countering improvised UAV attacks, protecting Russian assets with minimal losses. >>>>
