A tiny alligator snapping turtle

😮 I don’t think I’ve ever seen something so simultaneously cute and dangerous 🥰💀 he’s like a tiny Godzilla that fits in your hand!

Alligator snapping turtles hunt with a worm-like lure on the tongue. They sit jaws-open on the riverbed and wiggle it to draw fish straight into an ambush.

In Japan, we call this a "matsubokkuri" 🐸

Seen one of these fellas at full size, they're amazing animals

So Cuuuutte!!!!!!

That’s my favorite

WOW! 😲 Can it take a finger off at that size?

i’m not putting these bird feet anywhere near that armor

lil bowser

Tiny alligator snapper already looking prehistoric and dangerous. Is the bite force as fierce as the face?

Even that small he can take your thumb off

:O

You could grate cheese on its back

😳

Baby Gamera :)

Looks like a pine cone.

I'm sure it could still take a finger tip off

He is 🥰

he looks like a mini godzilla.

Don't put your hand or anything else near those jaws when he's bigger! 😁

Already with that snap jaw ready to roll! 💚

Real life pokemon

Looks like a little dinosaur😍

How much damage can this li'l guy do?

Aw he's a cutie! I had one I raised from the size of a quarter. I had to let him go when he got too big and stinky.

So cool!

Dude, that thing looks dangerous.

Where is the video where the turtle bites a finger off?

At first, I honestly thought it was a dragon! 😂

Wow, what a baby
