A traditional executioner from Asante Mampong has hinted that a 'head' will be used in the burial of the late Mamponghene today, and has cautioned everyone to be careful.

It’s 2025 — traditions hinting at the use of a human ‘head’ in burial rites have no place in a modern, lawful society. The Ghanaian government must act to investigate and ensure all cultural practices respect human rights and the rule of law. Culture must not cost lives.

It’s a myth. They just do that to scare people That practice no longer exists
