A Tribe Called Quest never missed.

absolute late 90s hip-hop royalty; the ummah (q-tip & j dilla) crafted this masterpiece by chopping jazz vinyl samples on an akai mpc3000 and tracking into a warm neve vr console 🎛️🎙️ that deep, organic low-end defined an entire generation of east coast music.

ATCQ is my favorite group of all-time but... The Love Movement is their weakest album, I fear to say out loud It kinda missed but then Thank You For Your Service came out decades later and THAT SHIT DID NOT MISS NOTHING😍

My favorite album.

Never missed. 🙂‍↔️

Such a great sample: Technova from Towa Tei.

Even extended to gaming, there's a Magic the Gathering deck named after them.
