I dunno, seems like "2.5 hours of air" might not be enough. And if you need to open the hatch for air you're dead. Or what if you land upside down and can't even open the hatch? Then you're screwed I'll take my chances with riding on a dolphin to safety. Plus it's more fun

The problem I see is the unit will more than likely be carried out as the water rushes back out. The occupants could find themselves miles offshore.
