I'm not super smart, but I am bug eating crazy, explain to me how the (light) FPV drone made it through the rotor wash to make a successful attack without the help of an AI generated video.

To me this is yet another illustration that the highly expensive attack helicopter has had its day in high intensity warfare.

Seems like a horrible idea to go for the main rotor. While there's a chance it'll blow up just fine, there's also a chance it will just get cut up and thrown away. Yes, the main rotor might have some damage, especially if the drone was heavy, but I would have stayed away from it

This is why Ukraine is giving Russia such a hard time nearly 5 years into the war. They have made it so cheap to take out soldiers and expensive land and air vehicles with FPV drones and a mortar round 🤣. Think of just how much that helicopter alone cost!
