Several Ukrainian long-range drones crashed in Latvia. One of them destroyed an oil reservoir near the town of Rezekne. The Russian Ministry of Defence has confirmed that 5 of 6 Ukrainian drones disappeared off the radar while in Latvian air space. One was shot down in Pskov oblast. This is the first time ever the Russian government has publicly acknowledged a fact that has been known for years - that the Baltic nations let the Ukrainian military use their air space for attacks on Russia.

Ukrainian casualties in the city from indirect combat are staggering. A bridge on the western end of Kostyantynivka was also destroyed with a Fab and missile strike.
