In December 2023, DOS and DHS agreed to EXPAND the categories of visas and applicants whose consular interviews could be waived beginning on January 1, 2024. In March 2024, Dos began providing DHS and CBP with information on visa holders who did NOT receive interviews. The cover up is the fact that the original 25 page DHS Office of Inspector General report that was published June 2024 has now been scrubbed to only 16 pages.
