With President Trump having frozen USAID foreign aid back on January 20, one has to wonder—what exactly was she doing all this time?

I work in a Federal building. Five people, whom I have never seen before, came in today asking to check their emails to see if they were on probation (on the chopping block) with a government computer. We don't have computers for public or general use, and giving someone your computer is a major information security awareness violation. We have to take courses about this. None of them even had a LincPass, aka a PIV card. They are so out of the loop; they don't even know any Federal employee rules. This is basic stuff. They are coming in one after the other, probably for the first time in 5 years. All of them were denied; some of them were not happy about it. Too bad. These are people who were quite possibly getting full time paychecks for doing little to nothing in five years, at least.
