A very different perspective to the previous reporting of this incident. Many were too willing to jump to conclusions, without knowing the full story. Every day, our brave policemen and women put themselves at risk of danger to keep us safe. They deserve our support.

Actually most sensible people said that all parties involved in this need to be dealt with accordingly and it needs investigating properly. All involved have to answer for their own actions.

Following on so quickly after the widespread media coverage of a policeman in an English force, kicking a man in the head whilst he was restrained in a prostrate position, your post is, to say the least- ill-advised. Won't have pleased a lot of your constituents,including tories!

Are you saying it’s ok for a police officer to kick someone after they have been tasered? Would you be saying this if the lad was white? No you wouldn’t.

Have you verified that? If not you can be in a heap of trouble.

Surly the question is with THIS video evidence how were they released from custody on the same day ?

I think we need a more nuanced and considered response from our political leaders.

Nobody was jumping to conclusions. The police officer used excessive force and wasn't in control. Now that the new footage has been exposed, people are condemning the others involved. The difference is people like you defended the indefensible instead of waiting for facts.
