Just go to Youtube and find channel *fit tuber* , he make lots of videos for almost all healthy products with this type of flase marketing strategy, he also guide for health alternatives. He was already make video on health drink before 5 years.

Each and every line spoken here is truth.. SUGAR is the biggest slow poison one can have.. Leads to addiction fatigue and taste and does not help in any thing as claimed on the packet .. HALF PACKET IS SUGAR SHOCKING

@speaks_prav I would prefer a beer or a single malt scotch , which goes through multiple stages of filtration and prepared from the finest hops , barley and malt .

These health drinks are poison. So are stuff like whey protein. Sattu ka sharbat is best. I advise my pts to have Sattu ka sharbat
