"I'm trapped on #MetaPlanet $MTPLF!" "I know you weren't bullish on it a few months ago, but what are your thoughts now, Cantonese Cat?" I was bearish on $MTPLF a few months ago when this was very, very hyped on X and on YouTube. Here's a video where no other influencer would want to make because that's not where engagement comes from. I get more views if I talk about $CIFR $IREN or anything else, really. But I don't care about all that tonight. I also don't really care to get into $MTPLF, but I just wanted to share thoughts and what I see.

December PNL: +$190,000 dollars Got into memecoins over a year ago back when people traded on telegram bots and Dexscreener At the time, I felt invincible. I was consistently making 20k+ per month solo trading on telegram + pumpfun It was only until few months later when I realized that people were making WAY more by trading on platforms like BullX, Photon, and Axiom (shout out to Orangie ) That's when I realized it was time to adapt I gave it a try and even joined some alpha groups like Potion Shocked Pastel Alpha to find more like minded people That was the best decision I've ever made. I met so many great traders and started having 6 figure months I didn't even think were possible before If 2025 wasn’t your year, that is okay What really matters is improvement Ask yourself: how will you improve in 2026? For me, it was simple -- surrounding myself with like minded traders and learning from people who were already ahead I am beyond grateful to have found memecoins and I hope this post inspires at least one person to keep going And for transparency: I wasn’t always profitable It took many months of losses and lessons before things finally clicked Excited for 2026 Stay relentless.

Dr. Tro asked me about my first major success story with implementing our health protocols for residents, I shared this story with him: "In 7 months we took him from using a wheelchair to walking out of our facility and getting in his wife's car on his own... We went to see him about a month later and he was out walking the dog when we came home." Here's how we did it: "I hired a personal trainer for him and I cut out sugar and gave him lean meat and veggies. He worked really hard when it came to exercising - even when the trainer wasn't there he'd ask the caregivers to help him over to the rails so he could pull himself up and try to stand again." This is what sparked my interest in the first place. Because if we could do this for one resident, why couldn't we do it for the rest? -- This is just scratching the surface of the interview with DoctorTro. In our full 1 hour conversation, we also dove into: • Why plant-based nutrition showed zero results compared to high-protein keto protocols • How exercise with oxygen therapy (EWOT) reverses dementia symptoms in weeks • Why most people move into assisted living too early (and what signs to really look for) Just comment "INTERVIEW" and I'll DM you the full interview in the next few minutes.

FOREX DID LIKE MAD 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥 🥹 A Big Congratulations to me on Purchasing A 4 Plot Landed Property Worth 32 Million Naira and this means alot to me, Some of you are familiar with my story but just to motivate a few people. MY HOUSE STORY From 2020 - 2025.( 5Years of house struggle) • In 2020 I was chased out of my One Room Apartment because I couldn't pay 36,000 Naira for house rent and I was 6 months Overdue, So I went to stay in Church and all through Covid I was in Church although I was in 200level but I didn't go home, • In 2021 I moved to a friend's place and Few Months into staying, he would cook and lock the food in a locker whenever he was going out, He tried for me because a roof over my head was more than Enough, Then I went back to Squat with another friend in School Hotel, From 2021 and then I was already attending another church which I started staying in. • In 2022 Which was the year I graduated. I had some issues with the guy I was staying with in School Hotel in 2022 So my graduation day I had no where people could visit me, So I remember not snapping picture with my classmates while graduating because I didn't have a white so I sneaked out and went to cry in church, It was my best friend at the time that came looking for me and gave me his white to snap when it was already getting dark. • 2022 I Started Squatting Off campus and still staying in church. • In 2023 - 2024 fourth Quarter I was staying in an abandoned Office in a lecture hall, So when I'm inside before lectures I cannot come out till Evening that lecture is done and people go home, and that's when I can come out stroll to school hostel to even bath. Y'all know how I was able to get my apartment last year so no need for that story. I could have gotten a GLE with 32m but I choose a land because I suffered so much to get roofs over my head for 5years. I couldn't believe I will be wherd I am in just a year. Nigerian home decor ideas The Nigerian mother who recently sparked outrage online after a video showed her allegedly feeding her baby with alcohol has come forward to clarify the incident. The controversial video, which circulated widely last week, showed the woman feeding her five-month-old baby from a sachet labelled “Action Bitters,” with a caption suggesting it was given every night to make the child sleep. The Nigeria Police Force subsequently launched an investigation into the incident, as many Nigerians called for her arrest over concerns of child abuse. However, in a new video which started trending on Wednesday, the unidentified mother claimed that she did not give her child alcohol but rather Coca-Cola, which she had poured into an empty Action Bitters sachet. She insisted the act was staged purely for “content” to attract engagement online and said she had video evidence showing when she washed the sachet and filled it with Coke. To support her claim, she said she had another video showing the moment she filled the sachet with the soft drink. “About the video I posted earlier, that is not Action Bitters. It is Coke. I poured Coke into the sachet. Since I posted the video, people have been dragging me on social media,” she said. “To be sincere, it was Coke I poured into the Action Bitters sachet. I even have a video on my phone showing when I was doing it. “My baby is just five months old. I would never give her Action Bitters. I am not that kind of mother. I do not even take it myself. The mother admitted she underestimated the backlash and said the video was simply a failed attempt at creating viral content. “To clear the air, it was Coke I poured into the sachet, and I washed it before using it. I was just trying to create content, nothing more. We are begging Nigerians, please forgive us.” --- Follow us for more breaking news and videos

We made it to the Forbes magazine cover! People are calling me an overnight success, but my journey started 10 years ago when I took my life’s biggest risk. After several months of studying day and night, I finally got into IIM Bangalore in 2014 for an MBA. My parents were very proud but then I took a major risk and decided not to go to IIM Bangalore, and instead focus on writing a book called Selfienomics which taught nutrition labels. I was young and idealistic, and I didn’t realize that most books don’t really make money. In fact, my book released in November 2016 (during the month of demonetization), and I barely made any money from the book. I struggled for many years after that, and ultimately decided that I should probably secure myself financially and I studied again for MBA entrance exams, and this time I got into Wharton School of Business. After Wharton, I worked at a high-paying job in the US for a few years. Then I took my 2nd biggest risk, where I left my job and US visa, and returned back to India to spread health literacy in India. After returning to India, my videos regarding food safety started finally gaining traction and after 8+ lawsuits, we made it to the Forbes cover. The end-goal is not to be on the Forbes cover though, the end-goal is to make 140 crore Indians health literate and help transform India from the diabetes capital to the health capital of the world!

MrBeast: "I could start from 0 and still get millions of subscribers. It’s just knowledge" "I've been doing this since I was 11. Now I'm 23. Every year it's just gotten crazier and crazier. The first few years I wasn't even making money. Once I started, I was making a dollar a day. I saved up for a couple months, bought a microphone. Saved up for half a year, got a computer. I've just always reinvested it." He describes where he started: "I was as awkward as they came. No money. No nothing. I just obsessed over YouTube every day for a decade. My first couple hundred videos, I didn't even have a microphone. Imagine just crackly, terrible voice. I was using my brother's old laptop." On his first video going viral by accident: "My first video got 20,000 views instantly. That was probably the best thing that could have ever happened to me, I was hooked from day one. Most people, it takes hundreds of videos before you get one view. Somehow the very first video I uploaded at 11 got 20,000 views. I fell in love and I've been hooked ever since." On the turning point: "When I graduated high school, I was only making a couple hundred bucks a month. My mom was like, either move out or go to community college. I hated school with a passion. So what I did was I would act like I was going to community college, but I would just work on videos in my car and edit. I had straight zeros. The clock had started. Once my mom found out, I was screwed." MrBeast explains what happened next: "I was 15 hours a day, all in. I was like, I'm fucked if this doesn't work. Then I had some videos pop off. I had a month where I made 20 grand. I came home and said, 'Yeah, I haven't been going to college.' Moved out the next day. My mom almost had a heart attack." On why nobody believed in him: "Nobody saw this coming. You can't blame her. Me, in the middle of North Carolina, small town, horrible acne, really awkward. People would have bet a million dollars that I wouldn't be a YouTuber. It makes no sense. But I have hyper obsession and I love this. You give it enough time, anyone can solve it." On how he actually learned: "I found these other four lunatics. Three of us were college dropouts, one was a high school dropout, one just quit his job. We were all super small YouTubers. We talked every day for a thousand days in a row. Just hyper-studying, what makes a good video, what makes a good thumbnail, what's good pacing, how to go viral." He describes the intensity: "We called them daily masterminds. I'd get on Skype at 7am and be in the call until 10pm. Go to bed. Wake up. Do it again. We'd take a thousand thumbnails and see if there's a correlation between the brightness of the thumbnail and how many views it got. Videos that get over 10 million views, how often do they cut the camera angles? We were very religious about it. We had no life." On the results: "We all had like 10-20,000 subscribers when we met. By the time we stopped talking, we all had millions. We all hit a million subscribers within a month of each other. They say 10,000 hours, I probably put 40-50,000 hours. Every day, all day. We had no friends outside of the group. That was our life." On why the group worked: "If you're trying to be great at something and it's just you learning and messing up, in two years you might learn from 20 mistakes. But if you have four other people also messing up, and when they learn from the mistake they teach you what they learned, two years down the road you've learned five times more. It helps you grow exponentially way quicker." On money: "I don't need money. Living your life chasing a nicer car and a bigger box, it's kind of a dumb way to go about life. I lived in a little duplex, $700 a month, split with a roommate. Drive a normal car. I did have a phase where I balled out a little bit, bought designer clothes, thousand dollar shirts. Then I realized, this doesn't make me happy. Ironically, all of it got stolen when my house was broken into. So I was like, perfect. I don't care about this stuff anymore."

this crazy psycho lunatic has been harassing my team for WEEKS in brickell, mind you we have some 18/19 year old pollers. He’s been calling them crazy names, saying the most outrageous slurs, and even the people we stop to interview… he interrupts. he got his ass beat a few weeks ago when he was messing around with our team… clearly he hasn’t learned anything. i have videos on videos of the horrible things he says… he’s harassed my team multiple times. this dude is unwell and he needs help. clearly going through a mental episode. be safe out there, we’ve definitely taken other measures into precaution now that he won’t stop. i’m not some 18 year old kid. this guy is getting on my nerves. idk why the Miami police won’t get involved … he’s been harassing people left and right for months. clearly unwell. sharing here so you see the things we sometimes have to go thru to deliver the best @streetpolls in the world …

Recently I’ve found internal healing & peace from all the negativity of politics and constant vindictive attacks from people in my life through writing & singing original music on my piano and guitar. Am I good at this? Not really. I’ve always been subconsciously avoidant of singing / playing the last few years, especially publicly because I’m not naturally gifted musically and didn’t start playing instruments until I was 22 years old, a little late to develop real talent. But like most people it sucks because I love everything that goes into composing music and always wished I could create songs that people could enjoy one day. So rather than continue to let the hate I get for sharing my hobby with the world prevent me from reaching a goal I’ve always held deep in my heart, I recently decided to stop making excuses & start regularly uploading clips on my personal social media to create a public video diary of my progress. Posting these snapshots regularly here of my musical journey is helping me as a public figure who faces a lot of online hate and targeted attacks by some of the nastiness people on planet earth, to continue to stay dedicated to evolving my skills (or lack thereof) all while training myself to not let public opinion and personal discouragement over my skill level stop me from one day making music from the heart whether it’s well received or not. While I agree it’s a little cringey in these beginning stages and it seems to be getting the exact negative response I expected, it’s going to be really cool 1-2 years down the line to be able to look back on these videos when I improve due to all the practice and be able to remind myself that it was worth it. I’m not sure where this is headed and I have no intentions of switching careers or making money from music, but one day I hope to teach my sons how to play piano / guitar and be able to be an example that you don’t have to live in a box artistically as a man. That’s why I also am pairing the videos with long captions. It’s not just about the music itself but seeing where my mind was when I posted these reels to track how outward expression relates to my inward thoughts.

Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei just gave THE MOST accelerated talk on how scaling will continue to make models exponentially more powerful for a long time to come — and that there is "NO WALL." 🔥 - From 'Alex Kantrowitz' YT Channel (Full Video link in comment) --- "The thing I think is real that I've said over and over again is the exponential. The idea that every few months we get an AI model that is better than the AI model we got before. And we get that by investing more compute in AI models, more data, more new types of training models. Initially, this was done by what's called pre-training, which is when you just feed a bunch of data from the internet into the model. Now we have a second stage that's reinforcement learning or test time compute or reasoning or whatever you want to call it. I think of it as a second stage that involves reinforcement learning. Now both of those things are scaling up together, as we've seen with our models and as we've seen with models from other companies. I don't see anything blocking the further scaling of that. There's some stuff about how do we broaden the tasks on the RL side of it. We've seen more progress on, say, math and code, where the models are getting pretty close to a high professional level, and less on more subjective tasks, but I think that is very much a temporary obstacle. So when I look at it, I see this exponential and I say, look, people aren't very good at making sense of exponentials, right? Like, if something is doubling every 6 months, then 2 years before it happens, it looks like it's only 1/16th of the way there. And so we are sitting here in the middle of 2025, and the models are really starting to explode in terms of the economy. If you look at the capabilities of the model, they're starting to saturate all the benchmarks. If you look at revenue, and you know, Anthropic's revenue every year has grown 10x. Every year we’re kind of conservative and we say, it can’t grow 10x this time. I never assume anything and actually always am very conservative in saying I think it's going to slow down on the business side. But we went from zero to $100 million in 2023, we went from $100 million to $1 billion in 2024, and this year, in the first half of the year, we've gone from $1 billion to, I think as of speaking today, it's well above $4 billion, it might be $4.5 billion. And so if you think about it, suppose that exponential continued for 2 years. I'm not saying it will, but suppose it continued for 2 years. You're well into the $100 billions. I'm not saying that'll happen. I'm saying the situation is that when you're on an exponential, you can really get fooled by it. 2 years away from when the exponential goes totally crazy, it looks like it's just starting to be a thing. And so that's the fundamental dynamic. We saw that with the internet in the '90s, right? Where it was like networking speeds and the underlying speed of the computers were getting fast, and over a few years it became possible to have to basically build a digital global communications network on top of all this when it wasn't possible just a few years ago and and almost no one except for a few people really saw the implications of that and how fast it." - Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei

I’m a big fan of Nikhil Kamath's WTF Podcast. A few months ago, when I watched an episode on the Creator Economy featuring some of India’s biggest and most successful content creators, I started wondering: what’s the scene of creator economy in Kannada? That’s how the idea of doing a Creator Economy episode for ಮುಂದೆ ಬನ್ನಿ was born. Creator Economy is not just about videos and likes, it’s also about how creators build culturally relevant content, get their audiences and brand associations, and how brands are now putting big chunks of their marketing money on these influencers to drive real sales and conversions. And when I thought doing an episode on this, two names came to mind immediately: Vicky Pedia and Raghu Gowda. Both have millions of followers. Both are really grounded personalities inspite of being celebrities in their own sense. And both have stories worth telling. Take Vickypedia for example - he had a plan to dedicate 10 years of his life to an uncertain goal: becoming a successful content creator. He was completely relentless in this pursuit. And like Paulo Coelho says in The Alchemist: when you truly follow your calling, the world conspires to make it happen. Raghu Gowda’s story is similar. He worked as a system administrator in an IT firm for 6–7 years. But his passion was always content creation. He started making content with whatever tools he had. When he saw traction and realized people enjoyed it, he created a 6-month financial buffer for his family and jumped into content full-time. When someone puts their heart and soul into their craft and relentlessly pursues it, success becomes inevitable. So here’s a masterclass, here’s a fun space where you can laugh, learn, and also understand the playbook of the Creator Economy in Kannada. We loved making this episode, and I hope you’ll love watching it too. Full episode: 👇👇 Don't forget to subscribe to the channel and share the episode with your friends. "Mike - OMG, I just saw a promo for the new season of Deadliest Catch and you are SO YOUNG! I never knew you were actually in the show. Why aren’t you still? Congratulations on 20 years!" Denise Rigel Hi Denise Yeah, I saw that too. 20 years. Don’t they go by in a blink? The story of why I’m not the host of Deadliest Catch begins with the fact that 20 years ago, Dirty Jobs was not yet a hit on Discovery, and the network didn’t really know what to do with me. Back in 2004, the pilot episodes for DJ were considered to be “off-brand,” and Discovery had no plans to take the show to series. They liked me, though, and started sending me around the world on a series of expeditions. One of those trips was to a place called Dutch Harbor, Alaska, to bear witness to life on a crab boat. Well, bear witness I did. I was up there in October of 2004, hosting a show that was not yet a show, trying with the producers to figure out if we were filming a documentary, a reality show, a competition show, or a mini-series. It still wasn’t clear three months later, in January of 2005, when I returned to host the snow crab season. That was the year that Deadliest Catch, tragically, lived up to its name, when six men died in the course of filming the show. And that’s when everyone stepped back and said, “Wait…what is this thing, exactly? How can so much danger be an everyday part of getting a job done?” Later that year, Deadliest Catch and Dirty Jobs both went into full scale production, and cable television was forever changed. That's not hyperbole. The number of work-themed shows that evolved directly from the success of those two shows is stunning. Discovery, quite wisely, determined that Catch needed a narrator, not a host. Thus, all of my on-camera stuff was cut from Season 1. I was, however, invited to narrate the show, which I was honored to do. In fact, I’m headed to the studio right now to do a few more episodes for Season 20, which premieres tonight at 8pm, on Discovery. Check it out, and be reminded once again of a great and abiding truth, proven every year now for the last two decades – you can’t script The Bering Sea. A big thanks to the captains and their crews, for sharing their world with the rest of us. And to all of the producers and cameramen who made it happen. And to Discovery, for giving us a home. It’s a hell of an accomplishment.

A Canadian walks into a barbershop in Urumqi and meets a Tibetan and a Uyghur. That’s not the start of a joke. That’s how I made two great new friends. On the way back to Chongqing we stopped in Urumqi again, and I found a little shop called 25HBarber shop, way up in a high-rise looking over the city. There’s a bar in the shop. They pour you free whisky while you get your hair cut. The owner is Tibetan, originally from Gansu. One of the main barbers is a local Uyghur guy who’s been with him since they opened 5 years ago. Both of them were great to talk to. We covered a lot of ground. What I didn’t tell them was what I actually make content about online. When I’m in Xinjiang, I rarely mention that I make videos about China, and often about Xinjiang. Too many people have used Uyghurs and other locals as props for a story they already decided on. I push back on that. But it still feels strange talking about people who are just living and enjoying their lives. And because my videos get clipped and reposted in China without any of the nuance, I also worry locals will think I’m skipping the hard years — the unrest, the tension, the scrutiny. If I were them, I might think, “Who is this outsider to narrate our lives?” So I left it there. That night, back at the hotel, my barber (Ibrahim) messaged me. He’d looked up my videos. He thanked me for telling Xinjiang’s story. Then he asked if I wanted to go around the old Uyghur neighborhoods and get a drink. The next day I went back near the end of his shift. His boss was there too. We had a few drinks in the shop, then went bar-hopping — more whisky, hookah, a long night. We really hit it off. I’m heading back to Urumqi next week with a nice bottle of 15-year old whisky packed in my suitcase for them. We’re already planning the next night out. Cool shop with a unique man-cave vibe. Even cooler guys. I've made two great new lifelong friends here.

📢| Young Multi addressed the latest situation “As you know, I am a Polish creator, and some international viewers who are seeing this for the first time don’t know my full history online or the Polish context I grew up in; that’s why I wanted to clear this up. So 14 years ago, when I was 15, I used a word in a video that I shouldn’t have never used. I never tried to hide it; I never tried to cover it up. That clip was publicly available the entire time in YouTube. I had the tools to remove it from the channel that uploaded it at any point. And I chose not to because I rather own it than pretend it never happened. I’m not using my age or where I am from as an excuse; that’s only for context. But the responsibility to understand the weight of the word was mine, and I came to understand it on my own. I already talked about this when I just started streaming, to my Polish viewers, before anyone dug it up now. But the video from this is long gone, so I don’t have a recording of it. You can take my word for it or not I’m not gonna push anyone to believe me. I said openly many times that I said stupid things in the past that i wouldn’t say today, that I regret, and I am ashamed of it. Often, I was the one who brought this topic up. Nobody was trying to cancel me or pressure me into talking about it I talked about it on my own. Also, the same clip actually came up once before, around the time I was first introduced to an international audience. And I didn’t address it then not because I wanted to ignore it I just didn’t feel confident enough in explaining something that difficult in English, which I said in my stream in Polish. It's not my first language, and explaining something properly without a context is a lot harder for me than in Polish, and I was afraid that the language barrier would make me come across the wrong way. I'm sorry for what I said. Now that I'm much older, I know that word hurts people, and I'm sorry that I used it. If after this u feel that you don't want to watch me anymore, I understand, and you shouldn't feel bad about that. However, for those who do stick around, I hope my behaviour shows that I genuinely changed and that I see a lot of things differently now. And like I said on the international Discord: liking me doesn't mean u have to defend me all the time. Unlike a lot of stuff that's just Twitter drama, I don't think that this one is; that's why I wanted to address it properly. Also, the one thing I want to address is that I've seen suggestions that deleted videos to hide something: that's not true. Like in 2017-..Like, you don't know the context because you've known me for like 6 months..But in 2017, when I started my music career, I deleted all my gaming videos and not just the "bad ones". I didn't want people to subscribe for gaming content. That was just a career shift. One more thing: I also have seen some accounts saying I reposted a meme referencing this drama today. You know the meme "somehow young multi has something to do with this". That's not true. That repost was from a completely different situation. I think it was about some Twitter ship-related drama and has nothing to do with it. I didn't repost it today. It was like a month ago, I think. Some of these accounts already know it's false and still haven't taken the post down. I think that's it. Thank you for listening. I cannot change the past, and I said multiple times that I'm really sorry, and I'm ashamed of things that I did 14 years ago. The only thing that I can do is to take accountability, and I don't think it's a "Twitter drama". I think the word has a strong meaning. I think talking about it right now is not some stupid Twitter drama, you know. That was my statement, and thank you for listening. [PL]Okay, I think that's it. I said what I wanted to say. You all know very well that.. Like I say.. There were some clips where I was saying some things, and it was a long time ago, but that doesn't change the fact that it was said. But I am ashamed of the things that I said. Just because you (Polish viewers) know the context doesn't mean that international viewers know the context, and I just don't want anyone to think I have the same way of thinking as I did 14 years ago. Many things have changed, and many things have changed in my view. So yeah, that's it."
