I don't know what disease this is but I know I have it and how terribly a small tone change affects me and how much I'm constantly struggling for stability and normalcy. I'm okay with boring and nothing too exciting but I cannot handle cold behaviour, tone or words.

Yes, it can occur from many things: emotional neglect, childhood instability, bullying, addiction, economic insecurity, emotional enmeshment, parentification (where a child becomes a parent to their parent) etc...
