Airbnb has ruined this place. Why rent a $400 a month house for $400 when you can get $1,075 a month for it on Airbnb? No reasonable place to live. Move out of town and commute or live somewhere dangerous. Need to keep Short-Term in hotels and long-term in houses. IMHO
