This is what they do. Harass innocent people and then when people get irate over the violation of their rights, the cops justify arresting them for resisting, obstructing or some other bullshit.

They took him to the station and have charged him with resisting arrest, obstruction, and having a tag that just expired, even though NJDOT automatically granted all drivers a 3 month tag extension.

Not a reason for a traffic stop. But knowing that blacks are overwhelming responsible for a disproportionate amount of crime, it only makes sense to be wary of them when you see them acting or dressed in a suspicious manner.
