Police did this only because he is poor. If this was curly tales or sourav joshi this cop might have licked their feet and offered them their VIP service also.

First read the rules before posting Casual mobile vlogging in public areas (concourse/platforms) - No permission needed for Indians only for Non Commerical Purpose. Professional/commercial shoots need CPRO permission + fees. Unauthorized filming punishable under Railways Act.

If you are an Indian citizen acting as a professional creator, filmmaker, or working for an organization, you do need prior written permission from the Chief Public Relations Officer (CPRO) of that specific railway zone

No for casual phone videos that don’t obstruct anyone. Yes if it looks commercial, uses pro gear, or risks security/ops. Platforms aren’t sidewalks — they’re critical infrastructure. “Just a vlog” is often hard to distinguish on the spot from content that gets monetised. Clearer, lighter rules > selective hassle or total ban.

Unless our @RailMinIndia MR @AshwiniVaishnaw system call you to Shoot & offers Free Travel & offers Food too No one is eligible to take Photo Make Video of and Railway Station and Train ! Many Vloggers got & enjoyed this opportunity even in Bihar when new Train inaugurated there.
