A year and a half ago, they made their first launch attempt, which failed after a few seconds and ended in an explosion at sea.

first flights failing is the norm. falcon 1 blew up three times before it reached orbit. i'd judge spectrum by how fast it gets back on the pad.

The most beautiful launch ever, and the most beautiful fail ever.

I sure hope Europe is encouraging these folks to stay in the fight. Somehow I am betting that this is still being investigated though and they won't be able to do anything for a decade or more.

In fact, Isar Aerospace had the first successful flight yesterday!

Nice. I did see that. They are all cocky about it too lol. Ah well, its a tough business, and they have a long road to travel. Hopefully they are braced for the adventure.

Space Unintelligence, listen, while you posting this, successful launch at second attempt. Congrats. Great job.

I don't get your problem. I'm celebrating the successful flight. This post was made before it. There is nothing bad about a failed first flight. It is very common. Why do you act aggressively?

ok, ok, sorry. I assumed you did this with negative intentions. My mistake.
