Aaliyah is ONE IN A MILLION 😊

💯🔥 Facts.

😊💯

Aaliyah redefined R&B with "One in a Million." 🎶 Timbaland & Missy Elliott were flown to Detroit for just one track but ended up producing most of the album. 🤔 Fun Fact: Missy Elliott, a rapper, wrote the lyrics in a "rap-singing" style as she didn't know how to write for singers. The result was a futuristic sound that used crickets 🦗 and phone tones in the beat, something totally new. Did you know? 🤯

Loved Aaliyah but this performance is so off key.

@groovin578 Beautiful lady, gone too soon.

She ate this fr slight work

I love her style, but she wasn’t the best singer

@KCDUBB2 Sounded so good

Damn, she sang the entire song and never went outta breath .. she really rehearsed for this one… and she sounds great…

The blueprint to K-pop and afrobeats

Smoothest dancer of our time.😍

Not the All That stage

I love it! All That was really that show in the 90s

I can’t believe this was 30 yrs ago. 😭 Happy Birthday, ICON!!! 🕊️

I wonder why She never sung in her real voice on stage

😍

💯

I miss her....she was absolutely perfect!!

Nah, shit here was ass. Aaliyah has WAAAAY better performances than this. To be fair though. Just watching this made me feel exhausted. Having to remember dance routines AND the lyrics to your song AND how to sing it, will never not be insane to me when seeing pop stars.

This is why it’s so funny when I see these memes that say if she hadn’t passed, Beyoncé wouldn’t be famous 😂😂😂 RIP baby girl

Impressive

Is that a life jacket?... smh

I remember this and thought it was horrible

AALIYAH !!!!

What to hear something good, The Ronettes, Be My Baby. Voice OK , song is a lot of fluff.

Preach.

The life jacket 🔥🔥🔥

❤️

@KingBoii_8 🫶🏽

🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

She finessed the shit outta this performance! ♥️

Her last album the self titled 'Aaliyah' was superior, in my opinion, it's had a vibe,it was like Sade with an 808, and as I just saw while scrolling Aaliyah said her idol was Sade, her last album was slick, smooth classic without so much gimmicky production that didn't age well
