All crime is local, somebody cannot come from far and be terrorizing you in your land without local support.

I have a theory. Every cattle you see in any region in Nigeria,70%(if not more)is owned by some respected individual from that region. Take the EMEKA written on one of these cows for example. Why is it hard for the elders to come together and send these people out🤷🏾‍♂️
