Carter’s burst off of the edge has reportedly been “terrifying” and has been dominating the first-team offensive line throughout practices. Scouts believe Arvell Reese is “not in the league of Micah Parsons,” and I have to say I agree (via Bob McGinn) It’s not unlikely the Jets draft him #2 overall, but that’s due to how WEAK this draft class is more than it is Reese being an immediate superstar in the NFL. Reese is raw and inexperienced as an edge rusher, but I’m not sure his off-ball LB play warrants him being drafted so high either. While he can be an elite linebacker, his upside getting after the QB is what the Jets will actually covet:
