But Abhijeet Dipke insisted on using iron stands instead. The police also allowed the tarpaulin to be tied with ropes, but he kept insisting, "I will use iron stands." Jantar Mantar is government property. You cannot turn it into a permanent setup by insisting on installing iron stands.
