These fashion designers, I don't know if it is low self esteem or what. ABA fashion week, but it is filled with Adire, Ankara, Agbada, gele. For God's sake, where is Akwaete, Omo, Etiri eti, Akwa ocha, Akwa Igodo. Where are Igbo themed cloths for God's sake? Nawao

There are beautiful Akwaete fabrics and designs that Abia state is known for, but no. Low self esteem and lack of cultural preservation will not allow them to work on their own. If it is not Adire and Agbada, it won't sell??

Very relatable styles, not those stuff we see in Paris and wonder who uses this as an everyday wear Those of you condemning this, you are not serious. How many Akwete material do you have in your wardrobes? And the material alone, does not make the style, these are urban wears

This is very beautiful to see I hope Aba’s rejuvenation can revive the textile industry and make it a major fashion hub and design destination in Nigeria. Nice one.

Awesome ✨ It's been way overdue!!! Beyond Clothing from Aba is the only Nigerian Clothing Brand with an international presence. And Aba is arguably the sole City of authentic and quality home made clothing and leather goods in Africa.
