On Sunday we laid to rest my mother in law after losing her to cancer. I first met her when I was 22 and she treated me like a son ever since. At the same time, we find out her cancer is back in her hip socket. Better than in 7 spots like before but still, back. So, the oncologist determines 5 rounds of radiation starting July 20th July 4th comes around and we spend as much time as we can with her dad, traveling down to Delaware every week, sitting on the porch, letting him smoke and talk about anything and everything.. telling us “In 75 years they’re still going to be talking about me.. you know why? Because of how I was always smoking in the alley, in the alley (in his best singing voice)” July 10th, phone rings around 9am… we already knew why.. dad was gone. Quietly, peacefully, at home. But still gone, from the exact cancer she just beat. A complete mindfuck. No way to explain, no explanations, just gone. She asks herself why could she beat it and he couldn’t even handle treatment? Some things, we will never know the why to. Fast forward to today. She completes her 5th radiation session on her hip and get to ring the bell as a sign of completion. But, it’s not the same. She used to call dad right after every session to let him know how it went. But today, there was no call. She fights through the tears to let him know she made it, she did it for him, and she will continue to fight for him, and never stop. She is unstoppable She will never quit She is a saint And quietly, when cancer creeps in, she is a savage and will beat this again

He did NOT vote for Ted Cruz in 2018. In a TikTok video just a few days ago, Olivia brought up "being 14" and "rooting for Trump". Interesting that she brought up this exact age! Because photo evidence shows that in 2016, when Olivia was 14, her dad posted a "proud moment" to his daughter on his social media, with 14-year-old Olivia showing her "project" that showed she was not for Trump. In both English and Spanish, her project stated "Cuz I'm not Trump. Vote Olivia ****** for president of student council". From a spiritual perspective, Olivia is depraved and demented. PUBLIC CAUTION 🚨 "This is to alert the public about a girl who identifies herself as Audril Perkins, or Akos (suspected false name), who advertises online as a househelp/domestic worker. She was employed on Saturday, 17/01/2025, mainly to help care for and feed our two children, as my wife has been away for sometime. She came with a very small handbag with only few clothes in it, which was unusual for a live-in help. She also had very long hair, long nails, lashes, and inappropriate attire. I immediately made it clear that she would need to dress appropriately and remove the hair, nails, and lashes, which she obliged and did by the next morning. This made me lower my guard as I thought she was a good person who just needed some guidance, since she appears very young. She said she’s 19, completed SHS and from Kumasi, but in Accra to seek for a job. She’s squatting with a friend in east legon while on a job hunt. I requested that she comes along with a family/guarantor, and she said her Mom will accompany her but later claimed when she arrived that her mom was attending a funeral and would visit the coming weekend with her belongings. She provided a phone number for her mother (0596143081), but I called 3 days continuously but there was no answer. I asked her about it and she mentioned that her mom is forgetful sometimes and might have misplaced her phone but she would give me her sister’s contact instead, unfortunately I forget to follow up instantly. While she was here, she slept in the kids’ room alone, where my wife’s locked wardrobe, boxes, and a large luggage bag were kept. There is CCTV coverage throughout the house except inside that room. By Tuesday, 20/01/2026, I noticed suspicious behavior: She spent excessive time locked inside the room. She never “slept” with the lights off and She had to unlock the door from inside each time I called (I assumed perhaps she’s had some bad experience in the past which has prompted that, so I didn’t think much of it ) On Wednesday morning, 21/01/2026 I went to the kids room just to check around and I discovered my wife’s old clothes carefully hidden under and around the bed. When questioned, she gave an unconvincing explanation but the kids were getting late for school so I asked her to return the clothes to the bag she picked them and said we would discuss it after I return from dropping the kids at school. At this point she had only lived with me for only 4 days. By the time I returned, I found that she had broken into part of the wardrobe and fled, carrying my wife’s large luggage bag filled with, Clothes, Handbags, Perfumes, Cash, Jewelry, etc. The incident has been reported to the police, and shes captured on CCTV carrying the bag out, all relevant evidence have been submitted. She is advised to report herself and return all stolen items, as the matter is now with the Ghana Police Service. RHP Cole Leaman (Lehigh Baseball) is an arm I'm really looking forward to following this spring. Fresh off a strong Sophomore season in which he worked a 2.31 ERA with 49 Ks to 23 BB across 46.2 IP. Showed some positive flashes on the Cape. While slightly undersized, Leaman has a strong and athletic build at 6' and 190-lbs. Has put on a lot of good weight over the last couple of years. Leaman has almost a "check point" delivery in which he takes a noticeable side step towards the 1B side, gathers himself and breaks into the rest of his motion. Lengthy arm stroke and attacks from a high-3/4 slot from a low release height. Leaman is a high-level athlete and a dynamic mover on the mound. Sits really well on his back glute and his lead leg block enables him to generate power and drive his back side through. Drop and drive delivery. Little bit of effort, but plenty of arm speed. Shape of it will vary, but it will sometimes flash plus with sharp, two-plane break (more sweep than depth) and essentially take a late, hard left turn. Rounds out his arsenal with a high-80s cutter and a mid-to-high-80s CH. The former is more intriguing than the latter. Curious to see how much he uses the cutter this spring, threw a couple this summer that had late glove-side life. Leaman has a very intriguing blend of athleticism and stuff, though he'll need to iron out his command and control in order to maximize his upside. As a freshman, Bremner split time between the bullpen and the rotation and pitched his way to a modest 5.37 ERA with an impressive strikeout-to-walk ratio of 80-to-17 across 55.1 innings. Bremner has a lean, athletic build at 6'2" and 180-lbs. He has room to fill out physically and as he does, his already-electric stuff will only tick up. Bremner has a low maintenance, under control operation with present arm speed. He attacks hitters from a high-three quarter slot and his fastball sits in the 93-96 range and tops out at 98. It has elite riding life (averaged over 21" of IVB in '23) and is most effective when located in the top-half of the zone. Between its velocity and shape, it is a 60-grade offering. He boasts two quality secondary offerings in a mid-80s changeup and low-80s slider. Bremner’s changeup is the more polished of the two, but his sweeping slider has plus potential. In 2023, Bremner’s changeup generated an impressive 48% miss rate. He has advanced feel for the offering, and he will throw it to both left and righthanded hitters. It plays well off his mid-90s fastball and flashes big time late tumbling life and some fade to the arm side. Bremner threw his slider just 12% of the time in 2023, but it has the chance to be a true out pitch in the future. It features ample late sweeping life as well as some depth, and is a real weapon especially against righthanded hitters. It has reportedly taken a step forward this fall and could be a lethal offering in 2024. Between his plus control, low effort delivery, and the chance to have three plus or better pitches, Bremner profiles as a starter professionally.
