I remember at the time after seeing this movie, I told my older brother they should make a sequel with Obama, I was 8

beleive it or not the books ending is crazier where its revelaed that after he was shot the vampire guy actually made Lincoln a Vampire and the two helped keep America safe from the shadows up to the modern day.

You should do America: The Motion Picture. It’s a film about George Washington with chainsaw arms forming the avengers to start the revolutionary war to avenge Abraham Lincoln

The lighting was off in the theater when I saw this movie so I thought the guy at the bar was supposed to be Obama

I think in the book this movie is based on Lincoln does get turned into a vampire and plans to turn Martin Luther King into one before his assassination.

This movie disappointed me. I was expecting another “so bad it’s good movie”. But no, it’s just bad. Slow. Little action. Dumb story, even for fantastical history about Lincoln killing vampires. Actual 1/10 movie.

Obviously inspired by the ending of Gangs of New York, but that's what makes it special.
