Absolute banger from a bygone era…

Sorry…I’m going to push back and insist that this was the worst music era of my lifetime. There was a stretch of time from the late 70s through the early 80s that music suffered greatly…thankfully actual instruments eventually prevailed. I fear we are back in a similar era now.

Depeche Mode is my all time favorite band. I love their 80’s catalog, obviously, but I’m a massive fan of the ULTRA album from ‘97.

Here is an absolute banger from the only cult I like

What mode were they in? "Depeche" Ah, ok. Thanks.

daves dancing though.. haha

LOVE Depeche Mode but was never a fan of that one. Taking A Ride is maybe their best song of all time

100% heroin ruined them though...sad

God they look so young

Dave Gahan went on to heroically answer the question: what would happen if Rick Astley took heroin ?

Here is a real treat. Enjoy.

I see your bet and raise

Huge Depeche Mode fan here, this is probably their worst song

We need more autism rock

My favorite band!!🖤🖤🖤

Thogden has always been here annoying us

Don’t wanna Depress that Mode.

Love all the haters that prefer the no-talent, unoriginal, auto-tuned junk that is today’s music scene. I almost feel sorry for them. Almost.

Seems fitting 😂😂

This was @LUV2SKIPOW

The age of interesting male voices- Depeche Mode, Erasure, Jimmy Somerville, Neil Tennant

This is not a banger

Saw them at the Kabuki Theater in San Francisco in the early 80’s.

Depeche Mode! Do not let the dorkiness sway you - Violator was an epic album.

My very first concert was DM

Crazy they had a whole band of Michael Cera's with different hairstyles.

🙌

Those guys now are singing " I just cant get it up"
