Sachs is either lying or meeting with unethical psychiatrists. The American Psychiatric Association prohibits a psychiatrist from offering a professional opinion about the mental health of someone he did not personally examine. That includes commentary on public figures.

How accurate is this list? I checked against Project 2025. However, today Trump explained everything on this list is no longer relevant bc he needs funding for wars... plural! I can hear the MAGAt tears, no jobs, everything is expensive, and I have no money. I have no empathy!
