The umps never made a call on the field

The problem was that no umpire made a call as to whether it was a catch or not it had nothing to do with the throw

The 3rd base umpire never signaled if the ball was caught. What the hell is O'Neil supposed to do?

Adding to the confusion was the fact that the ump never made a call on the catch, so O'Neil didn't know what to do. With such a wild throw, O'Neil could have easily gotten back to second if the ump had signaled it was a catch.

The run shouldn’t score it’s a force out. This is why I don’t watch baseball anymore. Dumb ass tuckers everywhere.

3rd base umpire Mike Estabrook HAS to make a call on the catch / no catch there. Instead he just stands there with his thumb up his ***. The runners had no idea if it was a hit or an out, what are they supposed to do? This whole umpire crew has been a train wreck this series.
