@ExeterChiefs @GlasgowWarriors For those questioning the Refs decision the law States The back row must remain bound until the ball has left the scrum. this means keeping one arm, up to and including the shoulder, in contact with the scrum. The Glasgow Flanker broke his bind before the ball was called out.
