Personally I think this is really dangerous. One shake of the horses head or movement at all and the little girl could be seriously injured. Speaking as someone who has had horses.

Don't ever let anyone tell you that horses don't know what they're doing when they come up and get all friendly with you. Me and mine are joined at the hip when I go out to the ranch. People are amazed because she is not normally "user friendly" with others
