From day 1, she probably sat in her chair and CARED about her job and the men and women in law enforcement that she supported. I'm sure over 40 years she's felt invisible at times and she didn't matter. FF to her last day, she didn't expect anything, figured it would just be a handshake and "Good luck" to end 40 years of service. The departments she worked for showed their true colors and turned out for HER. A special Thank You for the long shifts, busy nights, it takes SO many behind the scenes to make it all happen. She mattered, we ALL matter. The grateful tears showed her passion for a job, that she thought she was invisible at. Be grateful for your support staff (God, family, friends) they all work hard for each of us to put our best foot forward. Love is everywhere in this crazy ass world. Just look a little, and spread that awesome sauce on thick! Captain White Guy ❤️ 🇺🇸 🦸♂️

Man, I got teary eye and I’m a f***ng soulless bastard. 👍

40 years is wild, it takes a special person to endure that job that long. Hope she has the most amazing retirement.

The unseen heroes in emergency situations. I'm happy her coworkers recognized her dedication. That's sweet.

I’m not crying you are

This is a beautiful tribute and reaction. She knows there’s no emergency, yet they are flashing lights and sirens heading towards her. She finally gets it. Quiet service is appreciated by others who serve. Thank you for your service! 🙏🏼🧡💙🇺🇸🦅

🏆A TOTALLY DESERVED and WELL RESPECTED.. "THANK YOU" and SEND OFF To RETIREMENT. NOT MANY PEOPLE CAN SAY THEY GAVE.. "The BEST 40 YEARS Of THEIR LIFE" To WORK And FAMILY. BRAVO ! 🦅🇺🇸

@pr0ud_americans Who the hell is cutting onions in here??!!

Support the BLUE!

@Thomas987293033 That’s so awesome! I only managed to survive 20-years as a 911 dispatcher, it’s a miracle she’s not in a mental institution…

Why cut it off? That was a great tribute! Lame

Awesome Palm Beach county. Congratulations to this amazing lady’s retirement sendoff. God Bless

I was just thinking how nice it would be, if things were like they were back in and before the 80's when companies treated employees well and didn't feel they were disposable. Now they can't find good employees because both the companies and the employees believe they are both disposable. This is so awsome to see. Back the Blue!

@LynneB8898 Wow! I'm crying too! 😪🙏🏻❤️

Wow, she's hit the jackpot! Just like America did with Trump and Musk! 🎉

This is what I got when I retired 😏

That’s a hard job. Good for her for doing it so long and good on them for showing their appreciation.
