In Zaporizhzhia, Russia launched a second strike on the location of its first one as rescuers, police and doctors were hard at work trying to deal with the aftermath. A police officer and three rescuers were injured. You can see and hear the second strike on the video at about 24-25 seconds in. Russia continues with its tactics of attacking rescuers who help people after its strikes. It started this in Syria, and it keeps committing the same war crimes in Ukraine.
