Comments I made at an event welcoming athletes from different countries who will be competing in the Hargeysa International Half Marathon tomorrow. This competition, now in its second year will hopefully grow to include many more athletes from more countries next year. This event was organized by the #Somaliland Ministry of Youth and Sports and we congratulate them for a job well done. Sports connects people and this sports event will forever connect, the foreign athletes to our country. And as they return home, we hope they pass on to their fellow countrymen, a positive image of our nation.

in April, Ethan Klein made a massive song and dance out of suing Noah Samsen at the last minute, claiming that he was one of the “main peddlers” of defamation against him, and how he was “following through on a promise” to sue Noah from a year prior. last week, after almost no proceedings, he voluntarily filed to dismiss the lawsuit with prejudice. today, Ethan returned from break with a four hour long H3 Podcast episode, where he didn't mention Noah once. my guess is that Ethan was hoping Noah would jump at any opportunity to settle to avoid trial (similar to Kaceytron)—but he quickly realized he wasn't going to be able to strongarm Noah into controlling his speech, and quietly filed to dismiss the lawsuit. essentially, I think this lawsuit was just a bluff, and Noah called it. It rained so much, and originally… This time, I really wanted to try this new production, even if it meant removing some of the dance parts to make it happen. I put a lot of effort into it. But the smoke from the fireworks didn’t come out well, and there were parts that didn’t work as planned. Because of the weather, there was no wind, so normally it would have dispersed well when it appeared… that was a bit disappointing. 🐥: At the same time, while I really wanted everyone to enjoy it, I also felt a lot of worry before going on stage today. As I said on stage, it was a bit burdensome and difficult. I wanted to see it go well even more than anything…I felt like I had to perform well and repay everyone’s waiting with a good performance. So I don’t think I went on stage with a completely light and carefree heart. So if the people who came were even a little happy, then I think that’s enough. Then I think I can relax a bit and feel that it went well’

Don't usually like to complain about this in case it sounds entitled/ungrateful but yes at least from my experience this is not worth doing money wise at all, for 1 month of work of mostly 12 hours a day from donations I have received £10 from 1 person and £60 from my Ko-Fi memberships (which is the highest it's been this year) Nobody really donates to mappers/modders, from what I've noticed it seems much more "normalized" to donate to streamers on the internet but not much else I feel like if I switched to streaming it would be far less effort for probably more money. I said this year I would release at least 1 map a month so I will continue doing that and maybe next year I will switch to mostly doing commissioned work, streaming or working on a game I've had planned.

exactly one year & hundreds of posts later, this account has been dedicated to posting exclusively all things wicked. as of now, i don't know if or when i will next post, and this well may be my last one. with the wicked films all wrapped up, i have no more news to provide. additionally, i have posted almost all of the extra content that i wanted to post, such as comparisons, parallels, and those sorts of things. i may briefly return once the ozma film becomes relevant if it happens, as i am looking forward to that. running this account has probably been the, or at least one of the, most fulfilling things i've ever had the pleasure of doing, and that is not an exaggeration. quite honestly, it vastly improved my quality of life. i will continue to reflect on the last 2 or so years of my life (especially the last 12 months) every single day, just as i already do. wicked will forever be a part of me. lastly, i'd like to thank everyone who followed me or followed along with my posts. it was so fun being the first to post new information/unseen movie clips and seeing everyone's reaction. and i want to especially thank all of those whom i spoke with in DMs, as those individuals made this whole experience even more important to me. i was going to keep this post under 280 characters, but as it turns out, that was clearly not possible lol. thank you all once again, and in case this is truly my last post, i wish you all a wicked good rest of your lives.

exactly one year & hundreds of posts later, this account has been dedicated to posting exclusively all things wicked. as of now, i don't know if or when i will next post, and this well may be my last one. with the wicked films all wrapped up, i have no more news to provide. additionally, i have posted almost all of the extra content that i wanted to post, such as comparisons, parallels, and those sorts of things. i may briefly return once the ozma film becomes relevant if it happens, as i am looking forward to that. running this account has probably been the, or at least one of the, most fulfilling things i've ever had the pleasure of doing, and that is not an exaggeration. quite honestly, it vastly improved my quality of life. i will continue to reflect on the last 2 or so years of my life (especially the last 12 months) every single day, just as i already do. wicked will forever be a part of me. lastly, i'd like to thank everyone who followed me or followed along with my posts. it was so fun being the first to post new information/unseen movie clips and seeing everyone's reaction. and i want to especially thank all of those whom i spoke with in DMs, as those individuals made this whole experience even more important to me. i was going to keep this post under 280 characters, but as it turns out, that was clearly not possible lol. thank you all once again, and in case this is truly my last post, i wish you all a wicked good rest of your lives.

Mark's full statement regarding the recent issue : Before we actually get into the music though, there have been some things that I wanted to say to you guys directly. It spent on my mind and I just felt like I had to get this off my chest and so I just felt like I had to turn this live on on and to really just tell you guys how we felt regarding the T-shirt with the confederate flag on it, I am aware of the pain that it brought to a lot of people, especially to my black fans, to the Black community and I should have, I am very responsible for it, but I really wanted to directly tell you guys that it really wasn't my intention with me knowing the meaning of the flag, the historical significance of it, it really shouldn't have happened. And it really does not reflect who I am as a person. But seeing so many fans being hurt by it, it really hurt me as well. I had no intention knowing the meaning of the flag, and I should have, there are no excuses to that. But I just wanted to promise you guys directly that something like that will never happen again with me and my whole team we have made, we have taken steps to make sure that something like that doesn't happen, but I just, and I know that a lot of people have been waiting for me to kind of address this directly and I've been sitting on this for a while and I really wanted to get this off my chest and so I thought today was at the right time for me to tell you guys. It really breaks my heart to think that maybe the trust has been broken, but I promise you that I'll make it up to you guys, just with my actions and with my music. I'll make sure to make it up to you guys if you will allow me to have one more chance. I'll try my best to get and so once again I truly would like to apologize for the pain that that picture is brought to a lot of people and I promise to educate myself more on that matter as well. When I first heard about it, actually I read about it, I was shocked and we and our entire team made sure that it wasn't on any official content but the picture got leaked. We instantly uploaded an apology as well. But now I really felt like I had to personally take action for this. Once again I would like to apologize for bringing so much pain to a lot of people. It really doesn't. It's not, It had no intention, no personal intention. So yeah, and thank you for taking the time to wait for me to really address this.
