Just research Karen Bass and her affiliation with the COMMUNIST Venceremos Brigade. This organization, founded in 1969, organized trips to Cuba for American leftists and has been described by critics as a Marxist group linked to Fidel Castro's regime and Cuban intelligence services. Bass participated in multiple trips to Cuba with the group—reportedly at least eight by 1983 and as many as 15 over time—and served as an organizer, visiting Cuba every six months during that period. A 1976 FBI report suggested the group was used by Cuban intelligence to place allies in positions of power within the U.S. government. A retired CIA official, David Atlee Phillips, described the brigade as a successful covert political operation aimed at undermining American society. Just by chance I was talking to a family member about this on Saturday. The problem with situations like the LA fires is that the level of evil on the part of monsters like Karen Bass is cartoonish. "Regular" people literally don't believe something like this because they can't believe that elected officials could be so utterly evil, despite proof being readily available.
