We all feel these emotions but our ability to discern them changes how they impact our lives. Submission to those lower emotions is detrimental, but endurance to pain will make us stronger. Bliss can be detrimental if we are naive or ignorant and becomes anguish when it fades.

I doubt the lowest frequency is lust because there's different aspects to lust that can facilitate love. It's all a matter of perspective. Some people see sex as a way to dominate and humiliate someone; and that is extremely low frequency.

There is a scale for emotional frequency and vibration. Some are getting this mixed up. Fear is the lowest vibration. Authenticity followed by love is the highest. Lust is the lowest emotional frequency, just like the post states.

The lowest frequency emotion is FEAR. Every negative emotion comes from FEAR.

It's because of what people are willing to do to get gratification. Desires cloud the mind and people sacrifice their morals in order to get that satisfaction. Lusting for sex is like being a drug addict that can't get their fix, willing to manipulate or even harm to get it. Desires guide everyday behaviors in ways most people don't even realize.
