Absolutely outrageous driving behavior on I-5 led to this morning's closure. WSP released this dash camera video from a truck that captured what happened. Troopers say the 19-year-old driver was impaired. KOMO News

@komonews I see driving like this nearly every day on I5. Often two cars racing each other. No WSP so they just keep going. Must be my white privilege that lets me experience this

@komonews I live in SF and I’ve never seen as much reckless driving in my entire (long) life. Plus LOUD cars and motorcycles. Our society is crumbling at an increasing rate.
