absolutely peak PEAK side quest

The absolute bravery of having the least satisfying ending of a quest be the most likely. This is what sets witcher 3 apart from the rest

Took me about 4 playthroughs to even realise this was an option 🤦. I always felt so bad for this guy

I hope when he looks back at geralt he knows he might die still goes for the kiss. It would sting a lot less

always found it funny how so many people screwed up on this quest when I thought it was pretty obvious back in the day, but then I remember how I thought releasing evil satan mass murder tree spirit was a good choice on my 1st playthrough during bloody baron

How do you achieve this mission ending? I always get the one where Geralt leaves Graham alone and only hears the scream, only to later discover that he's dead.

Don’t deliver her bones. You have to call her out on her lies and then there’s a bossfight. You can then go to graham’s house and bring him to the tower

Tower of mice is so great the fact that even side quests in this game have branching paths is just something else I love W3 so damn much

For such a grim world always respect Graham walking up to a spirit of plague for a kiss only for her to become the woman he knew a final time. Very frog prince

I don’t think she actually turns into her real appearance. It’s just a thematic portrayal for the audience

that tower was so scary.. I remember I saw a ghost shape following me, always behind me.. I had enemies in front, potential ghost at my back.. kept looking back and sometimes saw her.. a woman ghost.. years later I googled it and found it was a bug related to the xenovox 😭

This is crazy lmfaooo i would have actually believed it was the part of the atmosphere cause you hear these random knocks at the tower and nobody knows who does that

iirc the way it worked in their dev tools, they needed a body for voice to work, so for the xenovox they made Keira invisible and following you.. only she wasn't 100% invisible lol

And there’s still many more side quests that reach this caliber, one of the greatest games ever made

This side quest is 1 of my favorites. A movie can be done with this story.
