Growing up in any suburb in the 70s you just wanted a quick plow and salt or cinders. You learned to drive in snow and it wasn’t a huge deal.

Get the cars off the street. Narrow, low priority street. When they do come make it accessible & easy as possible. Then thank them. City people would never make it in rural areas where they have to learn how to drive properly in snow and help themselves🤦‍♀️

I don't know what Morningside is, but this looks like a pretty average winter street scene in most towns I have lived in or been to where there is snow.
