Luca Netz 🐧✳️ has described Quantum as: • “a new financial instrument” • a reinvention of how tokens launch, where they trade, and who can access them • “the baby of Abstract” Now connect the dots: • In April 2025, Abstract told the SEC it was developing a native token and exploring a compliant U.S. public offering. • Its legal team argued that primary token sales could be regulated as securities transactions, while the token itself and secondary sales should be treated differently. • SEC filings identify a December 2025 RWA collaboration and joint development agreement between Open World and Abstract. • VerifyMe’s S-4 for its proposed merger with OpenWorld became effective in August 2026. The merger has not closed. • Bitnomial’s July 2026 CFTC self-certification describes $PENGU as associated with both the Pudgy Penguins and Abstract communities. I imagine the R/R of investing in a game like clash of clans early on, imagine being able to invest in the value of gems in the early days and the value of these changed with user demand. Clash of clans did $360m in revenue in 2023. This model would recreate that volume all flowing into the token (which would be similar to gems). Thus, the thesis is simple: $SEXY ecosystem grows, more usage for active players to use the token within the mini games, more addictive tendencies lead to users wanting to gain more loot, more referrals to beat their friends in the ecosystem all leads to a flywheel of growth; especially, as users are token holders and their dominant strategy is to play the game for incentives and to invite their friends to grow the token value and ecosystem. KBW has come to a close. This past week was so busy that it’s hard to even remember how the days went by. The entire Abstract team on the ground pushed through 5–10 meetings, interviews, and events each day, sometimes on IV drips, fighting our own battles on every front. We spent meaningful time and conversations with major Korean teams and institutions (still under wraps) that we’re building with, as well as domestic and global stakeholders working together to grow Abstract. We believe we’ll be able to share some of these outcomes in the near future. What we reminded ourselves at every moment was to “create culturally meaningful events” and to “radiate positive energy with a smile, no matter how hard it gets.” Some of the highlights include: > The Four Pillars mega research paper by @13300RPM and > GreenHaus’ culture booth featuring Official_MODHAUS’ tripleS official, Official ARTMS, and idntt (all members showed up) > The Green Room at WEPLE OFFICIAL, the biggest NFT gallery in Korea, timed with the Seoul International Fireworks Festival > A performance by tripleS members decked out head-to-toe in Pudgy Penguins official clothing > A trifecta panel featuring Luca Netz 🐧✳️ (Chain), Joseph Baek, co-founder of Modhaus (App), and ALEX | ZK, inventor of ZKsync (Stack) We’ve experienced events all over the world, but this year’s KBW stood out with an unprecedented number of side events and intense competition. Unlike other events, every marketing team members had to be mobilized and strategize how to pull eyeballs. Each year, KBW grows in scale along with global interest in Korea. While Asia is home to Hong Kong, Singapore, China, Japan, and many others, it’s clear that Korea is rapidly becoming one of the top priority regions. Now, we move on to the final leg of our Asia tour at Token2049 in Singapore. Our engineers and ecosystem team has been running a relentless sprint for the past months behind closed doors.
