Abstracting the complexity doesn't mean ignoring it. Financial services have different flavors and nuances in every market. The only way to get it right is to go there, have boots on the ground, and spend time with the people who know it best. Thrilled to have spent the week...

I love Stellar Blade but Shift Up this is not it You guys have the resources to make the same video using the in-game graphics and cinematics to make this music video and instead you relied on cheap AI slop to create it.

The hedge on the left is managed every year. The one on the right has been left for several years. The same species, a hugely different outcome for local habitat diversity & richness because of the cover, nectar & berries. It doesn't always have to be the way it was in the past.

What is going on with Stellar and $XLM?! Despite a widespread market pullback, Stellar's $XLM token is up +80% on the week at time of writing, nearly doubling in the space of seven days. It is also up +23% in the last day alone and now boasts a market cap of around $8.65 billion. Does anyone know what's behind it?!

The legitimacy of the case against the Islamic republic is first and foremost rooted in the demands of the Iranian people inside Iran, who have repeatedly risen up, most recently in the millions, to demand an end to this regime. In this movement, there has been only one name they have called for, and only one transitional leadership the Iranian people have fought for: Reza Pahlavi. Now that doesn’t mean every Iranian is a monarchist, and it doesn’t mean “restoring monarchy” either. If fact, Pahlavi himself has called for a transition to democracy and has only ever called for a transition leadership. Many people are calling for Pahlavi today who did not support the Shah in the past. The world is still talking over them. Instead of listening to the Iranian people, the international media and multiple governments around the world have consistently proposed plan after plan, actively ignoring the will of the Iranian people. They have minimized and in some cases even mocked the Crown Prince, when he and he alone has the ear of the people on the ground. There have been well funded and coordinated efforts against the Crown Prince attempting to cast doubt on his popularity with the Iranian public and to spread rumors that anyone who supports him as a traditional leader is “restoring monarchy”. He has been accused of all sorts of absurdities from being an “Israeli agent” to being asked to answer for political decisions of his father that have nothing to do with him and still he has maintained the respect and support of the Iranian people. This is a cataclysmic mistake on the part of the West. Iran is not Afghanistan or Venezuela. You will never have a successful foreign imposed leader like the terrorist Ghalibaf when the people are calling for something else entirely. How many times must the West repeat the same mistakes over and over against expecting different results?

Almost got into an accident this afternoon while on FSD. FSD thought the FedEx truck would make its turn quicker. When it realized it couldn't, it tried to go around. At the same time, there was a car approaching in the right lane. I assume FSD calculated there was space for me in the right lane, but it really should have just slowed down. I had to slam on the brakes and steer the car to the left to avoid the driver side of my car clipping the trucks bumper. It was way too close for comfort. I have done tens of thousands of miles on FSD and have never had anything this close happen before.

The Chiefs have not forgotten how the Raiders mocked Patrick Mahomes in July with a Kermit The Frog puppet. At the time, Mahomes said, “I’ll get it handled when I get it handled.” This is the first time the Chiefs quarterback will have the opportunity to get it handled.

Vance: When you don't have the best standards in who you're hiring, it means on the one hand, you're not getting the best people in government. But on the other hand, it puts stresses on the people who are already there.

Institutional DeFi vaults land on Stellar Sentora (Sentora) is bringing its curated vault platform to Stellar, live now through Ultrastellar's Stellar DeFi Hub and yield(.)xyz. It's the firm's first Stellar integration, built for fintechs and institutions that want onchain yield with risk controls baked in. And it plugs into a network claiming $3+ billion in tokenized RWAs, with more DeFi and RWA strategies on the roadmap.

Ireland 🇮🇪 The most expensive children’s hospital in the world is still unfinished. It almost burned to the ground this week. Contractors have the govt on a string with this project and the Irish taxpayer is footing the bill.

Training a muscle 2-3 times a week in the 4-6 rep range is simply the most effective way to make it grow. - You're minimising fatigue (caused by volume) - Which allows you to maximise the growth stimulus (the last 5 reps from failure) - And recover fast enough to train the muscle in a fresh state in the same week (adding to the growth stimulus) Can you build muscle while ignoring this and just going for the pump? Sure, but it pays to have the right programming if you're not settling for mediocrity.
