Gerrymandering is wrong regardless of which party does it. Virginians can END it this Tuesday by rejecting their state’s proposal to turn a 6D-5R map that into a 10D-1R map. In a state that Kamala Harris won with less than 52%, the current map is both fair and proportional.

.Tom Fitton: One key point in the Supreme Court upholding Texas's redistricting plan is that the Leftist/Democratic Party challengers falsely asserted that Texas redrew maps based on race (unlawful) rather than partisan advantage (lawful). When making such an allegation, one is generally supposed to offer an alternative map drawn to achieve the same partisan advantage without racial considerations. The challengers did not bother to do that here and the lower court couldn't be bothered to make them follow the rule.
