Just last night, the RSS-BJP showed its real face when ABVP goons entered the girls’ hostel at COEP University, Pune, and attacked students for raising their voices against the administration’s fee hike and for supporting Chhatraa'on Ki Goonj in Pune. Why? Because men like those in the ruling dispensation in Maharashtra and at the Centre — and their patrons in the RSS - feel emasculated and threatened by independent women: women with a mind to think and a voice to ask questions. And when they cannot answer those questions, they choose force and violence.
