Today, more than 20 million people — including small-business owners and the self-employed — finally have access to affordable coverage. The real driver of rising health care costs isn’t the ACA; it’s the broken insurance industry, where nurses spend nearly half their time fighting with insurance bureaucrats who say no to life-saving treatments.
