Insider job. These kinds come out when the "loot" is not shared equally. Nothing great the ACB has done. Do a random check on any govt personal and lakhs of crores will be recovered.

Such a huge disproportionate assets from just superintendent of municipality? Unbelievable. Nation wants to know the modus operandi 😁 applied for this huge collection. All those favours done against this bribery to be unearthed and cancelled as well

Sir I work 15 hrs a day, pay 30% of my salary as tax. Built up debts to keep up with high cost of living. I am still proud that i m not a thief like these govt employees. Shame on such govt that encourages these. Now i know who eats my tax

Sorry to ask this sir but why don't our govt officials dismiss such corrupted officer and why do they suspend just for months if he gets his duty again he show a full time intrest in looting again right then why not to propose for a dismissal ?

30-50 days jail, then 2 years under suspension minimum . Meanwhile case investigation, submission of final report to government through vigilance commissioner, obtaining prosecution permission from government, charge sheeting will be done . court trial will start after 5-6 years due to huge pendency and it is taking about 10 years to get them convicted. Once convicted, they have to be dismissed from service. But , the convict has a right to appeal his sentence in the High Court and if confirmed there , he can further go and appeal in the Supreme Court

He will bribe and will get back the job or he will settle with money which was not recovered by ACB.
