Okay internet detectives…. This is my parents’ front yard. The camera did time-lapse photos from 5pm to after the sun came up the next day…And look what it captures under the tree on the left, right before sunrise Thursday 👀👀 Unfortunately that's all we got, it picked up nothing on video from that time, just that photo. What do y’all think it is?? 🧐

Meet Bella 💔 This is one of those posts that’s hard to write. Bella is now an orphan. Her owner passed away suddenly, the circumstances are still being investigated by the police, and while addiction is suspected, what we know for certain is this: a life was lost, a family is grieving, and a dog has been left behind confused and broken-hearted. This video is of Bella when she was with us last year, during a time when her mum needed urgent medical support. Bella stayed with us then, and after months apart she was finally reunited with her. They only had a few short months together before tragedy struck again. Today, Dogs on the Streets has taken responsibility for this beautiful girl. It’s heartbreaking in a way words can’t fully capture. Dogs feel grief. They feel loss. They wait. They wonder. And all we can do is give them comfort, reassurance, and familiar faces. Bella knowing us has helped, but it doesn’t erase what she’s lost. Situations like this devastate everyone involved: the family, the pets left behind, and our team who see this far too often. Bella is the sweetest, most gentle, affectionate soul. She deserves safety, stability, and love and we will be looking for a forever home for her as soon as possible. Today was our largest adoption event in twelve years. We have been planning it for six months. This morning we had thirty-two dogs. By 5pm we had one. Thirty-one dogs found homes today. It was extraordinary. It was everything we worked for. We were crying happy tears all afternoon. At 6pm I did my final walkthrough. I turned into the main corridor and I stopped. Every kennel door was open. Every kennel was empty. Except kennel 6. Walter was at his door. Face at the chain-link. Tail going. Looking out at the corridor of empty open kennels the same way he had been looking out at families all day — with his ears forward and his amber eyes warm and his tail giving the same wag he gives to everything. He does not know every other dog went home today. He knows the wag. He keeps giving the wag. I walked down that corridor to him. Thirty-one open empty kennels on either side of me. And Walter at the end of it, still wagging, still here, still completely and constitutionally Walter. He is approximately three years old. He is large. He is warm. He has never in his shelter life given anything less than his full wag to whoever was outside his kennel. Today he gave it to thirty-one families who chose other dogs. Tonight he gave it to an empty corridor. Tomorrow he will give it to whoever comes. He deserves to give it to someone who stays. Drop a ❤️ for Walter. It’s 𝕏 payday. The day the world’s best creators get paid for doing what they love. I now make more $ than I did during my 8 years at Apple. But to be honest, the $ is only small part of it. Today, I’m not tied to a desk. I don’t have a boss watching over me. No one is telling me where to be, what to work on, what to say, or what my day/life should look like. I wake up, bet on myself everyday, create and share my thoughts on what I believe in, and am doing something that really belongs to me. There is a MASSIVE premium on that kind of freedom that $ can’t buy. Once you experience it, it’s impossible to go back. The fulfillment and ownership of my own time cannot be replaced. I still remember everyone who told me I was stupid for wasting my time on 𝕏. “Get a real job.” “Those aren’t your real friends.” “No one cares what you post.” “Social media isn’t a career.” “You’ll never make real $ doing that.” “You just ride Elon’s dick.” “What you do isn’t even exciting.” “It won’t last.” Now all of those same people ask me how they can do it too. It’s really funny how betting on yourself looks foolish right up until it finally works. I built this life by showing up every single day when nobody believed in me and refusing to quit when it would have been easier to go back to Apple. I’m my own boss now. This isn’t the happy content I usually share and I apologize for that. I don’t want to put anyone on a downer. But this is real life with dogs sometimes. We’ve got Snoop calmed down and he’s sleeping and the bleeding has kind of stopped. Tina is in her new bed which was meant to be the exciting part of the day. I’ve had Snoop for 11 years. If anything did happen to him I couldn’t think of a better place than sleeping between me and Tina. I know this isn’t a happy thread in any way but as I type in the dark hoping Snoop keeps breathing all night it makes me happy to know I’m in a room full of unquestioning love. Tina knew her role today 5/ 🥰🙏

24 MILES CLOSER TO THE END. Day 44 of running the entire length of the UK to raise money for mind and mental health. It’s days like this when you realise what your body can do. Set out to do 20 miles from Airdrie to Stirling but after a few wrong turns it ticked over to just shy of 24. It’s been one of the worst day mileage wise but to push that bit further meant so much more for my head. Thank you to Harry and my family for putting up with many phone calls today and for pushing me through the run. 2 weeks now until I can see them all again. It’s tired and I’m soppy but thank you to everyone who’s supported me on the journey. To the hundreds who’ve beeped, waved and spoke to me on this challenge. To the people on here who have liked, commented or donated- it truly means everything. We keep spreading the word of mental health. You are never alone, you are so loved ❤️ Day: 44 Day KM: 38.47 (23.9 miles) Total KM: 986.27 (612.84 miles) Total money raised for Mind: £39,538

Back in January 2025 when I moved into my new home, I found Biscuit. He was being chased by dogs, and I took him in. Biscuit and I instantly bonded. He rode with me in my truck. He would chill on my shoulders when I walked around the house. He slept with me. He was truly my friend. When I posted about Biscuit when I found him, everybody loved him. He's was truly a unique cat. I didn't post about what happened to him, because it took me a long time to process. One day, earlier this year, Biscuit got out and was hit by a car. We never found out who did it. I was the one who found him. All I could do was bury him and mourn him. I've been around a lot of animals in my life. I love them, and I'll protect them at all costs. But I'll never get over losing Biscuit. Ever. The first pic is Biscuit when I found him. The others are when he settled in and I got him cleaned up. I miss you, buddy. I really do. Vale, Biscuit. Until I see you again.

Last night I had one of the worst panic attacks I’ve had in years. Thats a part of suffering from depression and I wanted to share that mainly to explain what it feels like so others can benefit. 🏃‍♂️ It started after a run last night. I knew I was on the edge of exhaustion for weeks. The room started spinning, I wanted to puke and my heart felt like it was going to explode. I put it down to exercise at first but it was a full on panic attack 🛌 After leaving a cafe in a hurry I had to lay down. It took 3 hours to pass. During all of that time I thought I could die. It’s this extreme fear that is the panic attack. Even if you’ve had loads of them you still struggle to get through it. 🦷 During and after it my jaw tensed up. Today my muscles ache. I’ve been tired and irritable for weeks. There’s been a fog. Indecision creeps in. Self doubt. A feeling of worthlessness. Imposter syndrome. Extreme exhaustion. 😖Anxiety and depression is no joke. I write this so as others can hopefully see it and think “ah good I’m not the only one feeling this” Like so many people you could look at me and think everything is perfect. I spend my days with dogs, I get constant nice comments, I’ve loads of followers, I wrote a book and been on TV etc. Many of the things people dream of and I feel blessed to get to do what I do. But more importantly I’m not ashamed to say I’m the guy who had to run out on a Saturday night on a friend back to my bed to do deep breathing and manage a crippling panic attack. I’m the person who often has to look at their feet instead of making eye contact as the anxiety is eating me up inside. For anybody out there just remember there are sports stars, CEOs, Lawyers, Singers, Movie stars and people from every walk of life who suffer like this. There’s absolutely no shame in it. Your sister, son or elderly parent might be struggling and trying to hide it. I know mine has come from losing 4 dogs recently and the pressure on my shoulders. I won’t lie I did look at the bar with the football on last night and think “2 quick beers will fix this”. But then I thought of Billy, Cindy, Eve and all the other dogs who rely on me. Easy decision Look after yourselves and others who might suffer 🙏🥰

This is one of the most expensive silent movie stunts of all time. This shot from Buster Keaton's "The General" (1926) cost $42,000 (equal to $600,000 today). The production company left the wreckage of the train in the Row River, south of Cottage Grove in Oregon. The site became a tourist attraction until 1944 when the wreckage was finally salvaged and scrapped during World War II. "The General" went way over budget, costing $750,000 (equal to $11 million today) in total. Some of the unforeseen costs included "Keaton being knocked unconscious; an assistant director being shot in the face with a blank cartridge; a train wheel running over a brakeman's foot, resulting in a $2,900 lawsuit; and the train's wood-burning engine causing numerous fires. The fires often spread to forests and farmers' haystacks, which cost the production $25 per burnt stack." In the end, the film only made $500,000 at the box office and was panned by film critics. Despite failing financially and losing his artistic independence, Keaton considered "The General" to be his crowning achievement. "I was more proud of that picture than any picture I ever made," he said. Today, "The General" is regarded as one of the greatest films of all time. Roger Ebert gave the film 4 stars and listed it on his top 10 in 2002. He had this to say about Buster Keaton: "Today I look at Keaton's works more often than any other silent films. I look at all markets. Sectors, asset classes, bonds, metals, energy, and sentiment. Why? Because there is a finite amount of liquidity in the system, and it all has to go somewhere. The main driver is fundamentals, but every now and then, macro comes into play. We have literally gone straight up for the last 6 weeks. Sure, it might be time for a pullback, but it was also time 2 weeks ago. However, let’s not kid ourselves, the last 6 weeks have been the most outstanding performance of my our career. You can never sell the top, and you’ll never catch the bottom consistently. My best ideas have done VERY well YTD and have had breakneck rallies in the last 6 weeks. No, I didn’t go all in on software. I also didn’t go all in on oil stocks at the worst time possible or FOMO into $NBIS or $MRVL today. I have been looking hard at leading themes every day. No breaks. That is exactly what I do. And I love it. I learn every day from everyone. There are so many people to thank, but the job is not over. The job is never done. Keep going. Whether long, short, flat… just keep going. I ALWAYS will. This is my vow to the community. God bless. 🫡
