Secretary Kennedy, I see the push for telemedicine and AI diagnostics in rural health, and I get the PR angle. But let’s cut through the bs… NONE of this matters if you’re still allowing the COVID shots and other dangerous vaccines to stay on the market. You talk about “quality care” and “cutting-edge solutions,” but the elephant in the room is the ongoing harm from these shots. I’m a paramedic. I see the fallout every day, people with new clotting disorders, neurological issues, heart problems, cancers, their lives upended after these injections. Rural communities are getting hit just as hard, if not harder, because they have even less access to honest, independent medical advice. You want to make America healthy again? Start by pulling the products that are actively hurting people. No amount of AI, telemedicine, or fancy diagnostics will fix the damage being done by these shots. People are losing trust in the system because they see the cover-ups, the gaslighting, and the refusal to acknowledge what’s right in front of our faces. If you really care about rural health, or any American health, show some courage and pull the shots. While tech can bridge gaps, Washington’s track record on “innovative spending” often means bloated contracts and overpriced systems that line corporate pockets instead of fixing core issues. For example, the systematic review from PMC highlights AI’s potential for early diagnosis, but without strict oversight, these programs risk becoming another slush fund for D.C. insiders. Real progress requires dismantling bureaucratic red tape, not just throwing cash at Silicon Valley vendors. Every dollar spent should prioritize patient outcomes over political pet projects—otherwise, it’s just more empty promises masking the same old waste.

Now take away the imaginary border between states for commercial insurance. A family should be able to get the best coverage any state has to offer instead of allowing monopolies per state.

This is great news to hear. Rural healthcare has needed help for decades and I’m happy to hear an investment is being made by this administration to address those needs
