As we held our campaign today in Kibuli-Makindye East for the NUP Parliamentary flag-bearer, some 5 youth raided our campaign grounds, clad in Mr. Museveni’s tshirts and holding his posters. This was a clear sign of provocation, so we asked the Territorial police and military which was present to escort them out to avoid a potential confrontation, because according to the schedule it was NUP meant to be at the premises. Police ignored our pleas, so our supporters then escorted them out of the place. We condemn this provocation, and the in-action by the territorial police. Had it been NUP supporters who had raided a scheduled rally of NRM candidates, police and the military would have brutality arrested them and detained them!!

If they aren't on time, they have to stay in the same spot until they are. Each step forward make sure to crank machine 1/8 turn down so height is appropriate. Compete, compete, compete! ⛽️👀
